Chapter 4

*Cameron's POV*

Nash, Ashley, and Me walked outside and over to the beach.

"Race ya to the water Nash!" I yelled and started running, Nash was behind me. I finally got to the water first. Ashley walked over to us.

"Hey Ash guess what..." I said.

"Yeah?" She said. I got some water in my hands and threw it at her.

"Cameron!!" She yelled. She chased me. She picked up some sand and threw at my back.

I started laughing. I saw Nash behind Ashley with a plastic bucket filled with water. I smiled. Nash dumped the bucket of water on Ashley.

"THAT'S COLD!!" She screamed. Nash and I were laughing so hard. Ashley snuck away from us with the bucket. A couple minutes later I felt cold water fall onto my head.

"ASHLEY!!" I yelled. I chased after her.

When I caught up to her. We stopped running.

"Let's go swimming now." I said. We all ran into the water. I started splashing Ashley and Nash.

We all decided to sit on our towels for a little bit. Ashley sat on mine with me. She wrapped herself up with her towel. Nash was sitting on his towel beside me.

A couple of fans came over to us.

"Cameron, is Ashley your girlfriend?" One of them asked. I looked at Ashley and smiled.

"No, we're just good friends." I said.

"Aw, you guys would make a cute couple!" The other fan said. Ashley and I both smiled. They walked away after they talked to Nash.

We walked back to the hotel room.

"Did you have fun?" I asked Ashley and Nash. They both said yes. I took a shower when we got back into the room. I heard the water running in the other bathroom. It was Ashley.

I got out and blow dried my hair and combed it. I laid down on the bed and thought about what those fans said earlier. I agreed, I did actually like Ashley. She is a really pretty girl. I'm glad she got to come to this MagCon trip.

*next day*

"You guys ready? We have to be down at the stage in 20 minutes." Nash said.

"Yeah. We should have a dance contest though!" I said.

"Cameron...we did that last time, and you won!" Nash said.

"Haha, I remember that!" I said. Nash smiled.

"Well, come down with Ashley. I'll meet you two there." Nash said. I nodded my head.

I went on Instagram and posted the picture that Nash took of me and Ashley in front of the sunset.

I put in the description

"Had a very fun day yesterday! @nashgrier @ashleygrier"

I logged out.

"Cameron? Are you still here?" I heard Ashley say.

"Yeah, waiting on you." I said. Ashley walked out of the bathroom with a little bit of makeup on and a cute outfit.

"You look really...cute.." I said. I saw her blush a little.

"Thanks." She said. As we were walking down the hallway I grabbed Ashley's hand. We both stopped walking.

"Um...Ashley, do you remember yesterday? About what those two fans said about you and me?" I asked.

She nodded her head.

"Well...I agree with them. We would be a cute couple. Would you be my girlfriend?" I asked. I saw her smile.

"Yes!" She said and hugged me. I hugged her too.

When we arrived, I told Nash about our relationship change. He smiled and gave me a bro hug.

"That's awesome! Are you keeping this a secret for now?" He asked.

"For now, I'm gonna tweet that she's my girlfriend either today or tomorrow." I said. He nodded his head.

Ashley ran and jumped onto my back and wrapped her arms around my neck.

"I love you Cam." She said putting her head on my shoulder as I held her legs in front of me {it's a piggy back ride lol}.

"I love you too Ash." I said smiling and started to walk around, then I started running a little.

"Hey! You two lovebirds be careful!" Nash yelled. We both laughed.

I stopped running and Ashley hopped off my back.

"So...what about your fans? What will they do if they find about us?" Ashley asked.

"Well, we can't keep this a secret forever, I'll tell them later on Twitter." I said.

"Oh, ok.." She said giving me a hug.

"Don't worry, if you get any rude hate, I'll be here, so will Nash." I said she smiled.
