Chapter 33

Cameron's POV

I laid on my side starring at the wall just waiting for Ashley to come back. I knew she didn't go get something to eat. She told me she didn't feel well and she wasn't hungry. She was with one of my nurses.

I'm surprised that the nurse didn't even get mad about Ashley cuddled close to me on my hospital bed. Sense I'm the patient in need of care.

Maybe I was just a bit worried where Ashley was or what was the nurse telling her about. I just hoped it wasn't any terrible news about my lungs. I didn't want her to feel more worried, especially when she doesn't feel well.

I love her. She means the world to me and I'd never want to see her cry, or be in pain. I love her not only just because she's beautiful, but because she's brave, she's sweet, funny, and she understands me. I love her. (That was a bit cheesy sorry)

I starred at my hand and listened every time I took a deep breath. It hurt a bit and felt like I almost couldn't let it out. But I did and I felt better after.

I thought of Ashley. When I met her. Then I got a flash back.

Magcon in Florida (or the day he met Ash 😉)

"You guys wanna go swimming?!" Nash asked excitedly. I looked over at Ash. She was biting her lip nervously and holding her arm.

"Aw come on Ash, afraid that it'd be really awkward because of Cameron?" Nash said laughing a bit. I smiled just a little and then walked over to Ash.

"Hey, it's alright. Life's awkward isn't it? But somehow we all manage to get through it all." I said. She looked me and smiled.

Nash was already wearing his swim trunks. I made Nash leave so I could change in the room while Ash was in the bathroom.

We walked to the beach. We threw sand at each other's backs, dumped water on each other, and shared laughs together.

Ash and I sat in the sand a few inches away from where the tide stopped. We watched the sun go down. I looked at her and she looked at me. I smiled and so did she.

"Ash," I said "I love you."

She smiled.

I opened my eyes to the light from the hallway appeared from the door opening. It was Ashley. She hugged me and kissed my cheek. It looked like she had been crying a little...I hoped everything was alright..

She laid beside me and we cuddled.

So I updated but I wanted to do Cameron's POV...so I did.

The next chapter probably will be a bit short but at least you'll find out what happens to Cam 😉

Before she goes back to Cameron's room.

Basically where I left off in the last chapter really...

I might get a iPod case of a college of Cameron 😂 probably not tho
