Hiccup woke up to snow falling on his face. It was Jack, trying to wake him up that way they could get ready and go to the Great Hall.
"I'm coming, I'm coming." Hiccup moaned as he woke up. He and Jack met Astrid and Rapunazel in the Common Room. As they ate breakfast, Hiccup looked over the schedule. Their first class was double Potions, then History of Magic, Transfiguration, lunch, and Charms. Then, until the 21st, flying lessons.
"We'll be pros at that!" Astrid mumbled to Hiccup excitedly.
On Tuesdays they had Defense Against the Dark Arts (DADA), Herbolgy, double Care of Magical Creatures (CMC), lunch, Transfiguration and flying lessons. It turned out that their schedule on Wednesday and Friday was the same as Monday's and Thursday's schedule was the same as Tuesday's, until the 21st, of course. Then a new class would be added onto each day.
The day went by quickly, and soon it was time for flying lessons. Hiccup and Astrid were the last two to go and show what they could do, and they were by far the best. Gryffindor needed a Seeker and a Beater, and they were perfect for the job. Hiccup was the new Gryffindor Seeker, and Astrid was the new Beater.
