Bughead : Lost in love

Chpt 53 : Impossible Jughead's POV

     I was sleeping in bed until I felt warm lips along my cool chest. I sat up a little bit and pulled her ontop of lap and moved her lips to meet mine. I placed my hand around her waist and slipped my hands under her shirt. Her hands were cupped around my cheeks pulling my lips closer to hers. My lips pressed passionately against hers as my fingers traced her back. I slipped my tongue to discover the corners of her mouth until we both heard crying that pulled us apart. "Let's go." I said groaning and getting out of bed. I rubbed my eyes as both Betty and I headed over to the nursery.

Betty walked over to Kylie and scooped up her small body. "You need something?" I asked Betty who was making faces at Kylie. "Will you clean her up Jug?" She said whining. "Ya. I'll take the little cutie." I said softly gripping Kylie who was still crying. I layed her down on her table to change her and got her all cleaned up. "Thanks Jug." Betty said when I finished and picked Kylie back up again. Betty and I both sat down and layed Kylie down on her play mat. I leaned Kylie against Betty so that she could sit up and fiddle with her toys.

Kylie gripped a stuffed animal and leaned her head against Betty. "Aw. How are you this adorable." Betty said giggling and admiring Kylie. I put my hand on Betty's back and allowed us three to all enjoy life, even if it wasn't all good forever, but at least, for now, it was. We played with Kylie until she got tired and then we both went downstairs.

     I was sitting on the couch with Betty sitting next to me eating junk food and letting me sneak into the snack bag every now and then. "Hey Betts I kinda wanna go to the serpent bar today. You should come. I'll text Arch to watch Ky, or my dad." I said wanting Betty to meet my friends. I also was keeping a secret from her that I wanted to tell her. I was going to be promoted to the leader soon, and I wanted her to be ok with it. The serpents are a genuine and kind group, and I would really appreciate if Betty got to know the group before I broke the news. "Oh-uh, I guess I can come, I'll call my Kev. He never sees Kylie." She said getting her phone and calling Kevin. She got off the phone. "He's on his way. I'll go get ready" she said going upstairs. I followed her upstairs and got ready myself by putting my jacket and beanie on.

Betty finished getting dressed so I got Kylie in her bed and met her downstairs. I came downstairs and found Betty smiling with Kevin. "There's the cutie!" Kevin said smiling at Kylie making her giggle. "Thanks Kev. Me and jug are gonna step out but we'll chat More when we get back." Betts said grabbing my hand as I passed Kylie to Kevin. "See ya Kev." I said as I stepped out the door. "So, are we taking that hot bike of yours or should we just take the car." She said biting her lip and leaning on the bike. "Whatever you want. You can have my helmet too." I said grabbing onto her waist. "Let's take to bike then." He whispered into my ear as I kissed her jaw. "Mmn Jug stop we should go." She said through gasps. I nodded and handed her the helmet as we both straddled the bike.

She gripped my waist tightly and moved her fingers seductively on my stomach. "If you dry hump me on this bike I guarantee you we will crash." I said sarcastically. "There that sarcastic Juggie." She said leaning her head on my shoulder. "Lets go." I said as I pulled out the driveway with her gripping my waist.

We pulled into the bar and I parked the bike. "How'd you like your first spin on the bike?" I said as I gave her a hand getting off the motorcycle. She smiled and patted her lap while she looked at me and smiled. "It wasn't too bad. I guess it's just because your a good driver." She said giggling and slipping her arm around my waist. "I hope you like all my friends. They've all been dying to see you, even though you see them at school sometimes." I said. I was honestly really excited for her to talk to them at the bar. If our relationship lasted life long then she would definitely need to meet all the serpents and see the bar.

We walked in and I pulled Betty close to my side and smirked at her. This was the first time the serpents would see me bring Betty into the bar. "Just in time Jug. Your dad in initiating Cheryl. Oh hey Betty! Nice to see you here" Fangs said who pointed at Cheryl. "Hi Fangs." Betty said back but looked preoccupied wondering what the hell cheryl was doing. Toni was gazing at Cheryl who was in her new red leather jacket. "Who would've thought." Betty sighed. I was kind of surprised that Cheryl was getting initiated but she was always hanging out with Toni at the bar that she was practically a member. It was only a matter of time before she got the bright red jacket to top it off.

Betty and I walked over to SweatPea and Toni who were enjoy watching as Cheryl was still on the stage reciting the laws. "Hey Jug. Oh hi Betty! I see you finally thought your girl in Jug." Toni said giggling. "Ya and I see you finally got your girlfriend initiated." I said pulling Betty close to me. "Dear cousin. Fancy seeing you here." Cheryl responded looking self absorbed in her new jacket. "Jug and I just wanted to get a break from the baby for a bit." She said looking up at me and quickly tapping my lips before returning her gaze back towards our conversations. "How's the baby doing anyways?" Sweat Pea asked as he sipped from his glass. "Shes good. Still adorable." She said fiddling with her fists. "Yep shes great. Hey uh, Cheryl how you like your new jacket?" I asked changing the subject noticing Betty looked uncomfortable.

We all continued with our conversations and me and Betty decided to go back home. Hopefully Betty would take the serpent king news well when I brought it up to her. After all, usually the serpent 'king' needs a queen, and only Betty can be my queen. Once we arrived we found Kevin sitting on the couch with Kylie giggling on his lap. "Aww your mom is back. That means I'm gonna have to hand you back." Kevin said to Kylie while he tickled her. "Kevin can you be any cuter with her." Betty said giggling as he picked her back up. She smiled once I held her and she tried to hug me. Betty let out a sigh as I smiled and kissed Kylie. "Do you love Juggie Ky?" I said swaying her side to side as he arms were spread across my chest. She smiled in response to my question that she probably didn't understand. "Well I love you too Kylie." I said as I continued to sway her. Kylie had her head pressed against my body and my head was gently placed ontop of hers and I closed my eyes and smiled. Even though Kylie wasn't actually my child she was still adorable. I've been living with her, I'm raising her and she's Betty's kid which makes her mine. I love Betty and therefore I love Kylie. I love my family, our family.

I heard sniffling which caused me to look up. I saw Betty crying with a smile on her face. I smiled an embarrassed but innocent smile. "What?" I said rubbing Kylie's back. "It's just you two are so beautiful. I don't know how lucky I am to have you guys. Even if it wasn't good luck how I got Ky." She said wiping her eyes. "I love you." I said resting my head again Betty's. "Well I love you more." She said placing a soft kiss onto my lips. I wrapped my free arm around Betty as I pulled her in a hug and responded, "Impossible."

I'm really really really sorry for not updating as much as I usually do. On Wednesday my therapist told me I needed to take anxiety and depression pills and I just didn't take the news very well. I decided to do what was best for me and take a little break from all social media, even Wattpad, for a few days. I'm still going to be writing everyday and publishing hopefully more than 3 times a week, I just wanted to tell all you guys the reason I didn't post too much this week because you're all so supportive and nice and I didn't wanna leave you all hanging with no update.
