Veronica's POV
I wait impatiently for Sarah to return with Archie, praying that their plan worked, I'm currently at Betty's house, where we planned to meet.
"V I don't feel so well." She said suddenly .
I look over and she looks as pale as a ghost, before I can say anything she sprints to her ensuite and throws up. Great I have to deal with vomit now.
"Omg Betty are you okay?" I ask running into the small bathroom.
"Yeah I'm fine, just a stomach bug." She says flushing the toilet.
I pull her into an embrace,
"Oh you poor thing maybe it's food poisoning, don't worry." I saw as I squeeze her tightly.

I hear a knock on the front door and give Betty a comforting look,
"I'll go get that."
Oh god please let it be Archie.

I take a deep breath before opening the door, and give a sigh of relief as I'm greeted with a familiar smile.
"Archie, thank god your okay." I say pulling him into a hug.
"Of corse I'm okay Ronnie, I've got the best lawyer in town." He said smiling at Sarah.
"So it was all right no trouble?" I ask him as I let go of his strong embrace.
"Well actually your Dad showed up" he scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.
Of corse my Dad was behind this I knew it, why does he always have to be apart of everything.
He'll pay for this.

"Oh god what did he say this time?" I asked, worried.
"Basically that he had the upper hand, however I used you to make him go soft, hope that's alright." His eyes searched mine, as though he was apologising.
"Of corse that's fine just as long as your alright." I smiled.

Betty's POV
Veronica ran downstairs and I sat down on my bed. I've been throwing up heaps this past day, I hope she's right when she says it's probably good poisoning, I mean what else could it be...oh god what if I'm-no Betty you're overthinking this.
I see Veronica appear at my bedroom door, Archie next to her with his arm wrapped around her waste.
"Look who I found." She gleamed.
"Archie, oh thank god you're alright. What happened?" I ask standing up and giving him a brief hug.
"Basically Hiram was trying to throw me under the bus by blaming a murder, which he was the mastermind of, on me. It's all good though I sorted him out and thanks to Mrs McCoy I'm free." He explained briefly. I sigh a breath of relief, I had been so confused at the assembly, I'm just glad that he's okay.

"Hey listen I've got to go my Dad is probably scared shitless about me." He explained in a rather carefree tone.
"Of corse, go see him, oh and meet us at Pops at 5, I'm seriously craving a milkshake." I ask.
"Sure thing, bye Betty, bye Ronnie." He gave Veronica a sweet and short kiss before exiting my bedroom.

I turn to V with a seriously look on my face.
"What is it Betty?" She asks when she noticed my concern.
"Can we go to the pharmacy?" I ask quickly.
"Yeah...um...sure...why?" She asks sounding confused.
"You'll see just let's go."
I grab my purse and rush us out of the house.

*At Riverdale Pharmacy*
I pick up the pink box and stare at it in hate. Betty your crazy, you aren't pregnant. I'm not pregnant.
"Betty are you sure about this, are you sure it's not just a stomach bug?" Veronica asks sweetly.
I shake my head.
"This is just in case, just to make sure." I explain, grabbing another box, just in case.
As we paid the man at the cash register gave me a dirty look, god I felt dirty and wrong to be buying such a thing.
Veronica placed a comforting hand over my shoulder and gave me a warm smile.

*Back at the Cooper house*
I walk back into my room, heart pounding.
"Hey Betty why did you buy two?" Veronica asks me holding up the two boxes.
"Take one with me please?" I spat out quickly.
Her eyes softened.
"Of corse, anything to make you feel better."
"Okay I'll go into my ensuite, you can go into the main bathroom across the hall." I instruct.
"Hey it'll be alright" she smiles and exits my room.
Okay. It'll be alright.
