chapter 7

[Ash POV]

As Pikachu was battling, I felt a buzz in my pocket. I quickly took out my phone and saw an important incoming call.

“Pikachu come here for a second.” I call him. Pikachu instantly listens and comes to me running. I crouch down so I'm his level, “hey buddy, I have an important call, so can you please handle the battle alone… I'll give you a reward.” I say while stroking in his head softly. He give out a soft cry, while assuring me. “Thanks buddy, now go and win this battle.” I say, Pikachu quickly hops back to the field, I answer the call and talk to the person. Removing my concentration from the battle.

[Iris POV]

After his little discussion with Pikachu. He answered his mobile phone and started taking to someone, he's crazy, I mean he sure knows the battle is still going on. But then I glance at Pikachu, he stood in his battle stance, ready to attack.

“Blaziken use BLAZE KICK.” May wasted zero time to command, Blaziken quickly follows her and uses his attack. “Dragonite you too use HYPER BEAM.” I also command, Dragonite quickly charges a beam and fires it on Pikachu. Blaziken was about to make his hit when suddenly Pikachu jumps and swings his glowing tail at Blaziken. Both attacks collide but Pikachu was much stronger and the impact threw Blaziken away. Meanwhile Dragonite’s hyper beam had reached Pikachu, but he made an electric barrier to block the attack. Then used his THUNDER BOLT. The attack hit Dragonite and caused a blast. But Dragonite did not get knocked out, on the other hand Blaziken was lying in the wall behind us and reverted back to normal form with swirly eyes.

“What a hit… Pikachu one shot mega Blaziken out of the battle. Now only four more Pokemons to go.” The commentator said. “Okay empoleon u-” Dawn was about to call her attack, when Ash spoke in.

“Excuse me please, Pikachu please come here again.” I said, what again… why are you not focusing on the battle. I see when Pikachu reached near him he tossed another pokeball and a Pidgeot came out. He started taking to them, then gave a mini sling bag to Pikachu. Who hopped on Pidgeot and flew away. What, he left the battle.

“Sorry for the interruption, but now it won't happen…” he said, better not happen because it is getting on my nerves. “... So my next Pokemon is…” he added then threw another pokeball. Then a Pichu emerged from it, wait what. He is seriously using a Pichu against four fully evolved Pokemons. He sure is crazy.

“Is it only me or Ash has really chosen a Pichu?” The commentator asked, which felt humorous and gained a few giggle from the crowd.

Pichu was looking a little confused, as he looked around. “Hey Pichu, I'm sorry but your dad isn't here right now, he had to go for some important work. Will you please help me with the battle?” Ash said, what, is Pichu Pikachu's child. “PICHUUU” the small Pokemon cried out happily, accepting the challenge.

“Okay now start with- wait…” he spoke but suddenly stopped, which made me mad. What now? “Where's Blaziken?...” He asked innocently. Really, were you even focusing on the battle. “H-he fainted…” may spoke. “Oh… so Pichu use THUNDER BOLT on Empoleon.” He commanded. In a split second, Pichu released a huge electric attack hitting on Empoleon, knocking him. I just stared at the scene with wide eyes. Pichu one shot Empoleon. “Unbelievable…. Did Pichu really one shot Empoleon or is it some kind of magic?” The commentator spoke in utter shock.

“Gyarados, use HYDRO CANNON.” Misty shouted. Gyarados lets out a roar and shoots a huge water jet at Pichu.

“WILD CHARGE through it.” Ash commanded calmly. What he told Pichu to go into the HYDRO CANNON. Pichu did as told as electricity surrounded him and he went through the water jet. The electricity rushed through the water path and hit Gyarados causing him to roar in pain. He stopped his attack then he was hit with a charging Pichu. Who threw him back. Everyone was watching it jawdropped. After the cloud settled it revealed a fainted normal Gyarados. The crowd erupted with cheers. “Just wow, this Pichu is sure the son of that Pikachu. He took out two Pokemons with one hit. Amazing... never seen this before.” The commentator was much shocked.

“Delphox/Dragonite use FLAME THROWER.” We both said together. Both our Pokemons fired their attacks at the Pichu. “Dodge them until Pikachu comes back.” Ash said, what Pikachu will come back. Pichu continued to dodge the flames for quite some time then we heard a ear piercing chirp. Then a Pidgeot landed near Ash. Pikachu hopped on his shoulder and handed him the bag. Ash stroked Pikachu who loved them by the looks of it.

“Okay Pichu come back you're done…” he said, Pichu quickly returned back and hugged Pikachu. Then Pikachu came back on the battle field. “Pikachu use RAPID TAIL WHIP.” Ash said, “what's that attack” I asked instantly as I have never heard of it. “You'll see…” he said then Pikachu starts running fast and in no moment he was in front of Dragonite, before I could even say anything. Pikachu used continuous Iron tails on him. He was moving so fast that Dragonite couldn't even do anything. Then Pikachu jumped above him and slammed his tail on Dragonite's head. Dragonite fell on the floor knocked out. Then Pikachu turned to Delphox who looked at Pikachu in pure fear.

“Delphox don't be afraid, use PSYCHIC and hold Pikachu then use FLAME THROWER.” Serena said. Delphox lined her twig and used PSYCHIC to hold Pikachu. A blue outline for around him, notifying that he was in effect of PSYCHIC but he didn't stop, instead he kept walking forward without any trouble, this was beyond amazment as Serena's Delphox couldn't stop him with PSYCHIC. Then Delphox used FLAME THROWER. But the flame just went through him. I just stared at him with my jaw dropped till floor.

Soon Delphox couldn't hold any longer and fell in the floor exhausted with swirly eyes. “What just happened, Pikachu survived that flames. I'm just out of words for Pikachu.” The commentator says, “green corner is out of Pokemons so the victory goes to Ash, Pikachu and Pichu in red corner.” The referee announced. Although we lost, we weren't sad but satisfied by our lose. We saw Ash come to us we also walked to him. Pikachu and Pichu were sitting on each of his shoulders.

“That was a great battle… but you need much training to beat me, but I'll say you managed to give a little burn on Pichu's paw, but none more than that. And Pikachu is still as fresh as if he didn't even battle.” He said, his words surprised us to it limits. “But after all, it was a great battle, thank you.” He added. “Thank you too Ash for forgiving us.”Dawn said, “oh that, yeah I sure leave you.” He said.

“Okay students,I have an announcement for you All. Since the battle was a long and breathtaking, I hereby declare dispersal for today and also a holiday for tomorrow… So enjoy yourself.” Professor oak announced. This news made me as well as my friends happy than ever.

Hey guys I'm back and I had to write this whole chapter again. You won't believe but my phone broke and I lost total 24 chapters. Anyway the main thing is I am back on track and soon I will complete all my chapters and would be publishing them time by time. Either weekly or fortnightly.
