Day out part 5(Bryon Langley)

Bryon's POV

I know most of the time watching your girlfriend sleep may seem weird but seeing her so peaceful makes me smile. God I love this girl!!

I smiled once more then climbed out of bed carefully making sure I don't wake up Abby as I descended down the stairs and towards the kitchen. Once I entered the kitchen I realised I was the only one awake so I decided to make everyone breakfast. I cooked bacon, sausages, fried eggs, hash browns and beans. I finished putting the beans on the plates just as Paul and Jenny walked through the door.

"What's all this?" Paul asked surprised as he looked around at he dining table that was set up nicely with the food and cups of tea next to it.

"This is your breakfast I wanted to make you something as a thank you for letting me stay and accepting me into your family it really means a lot to me" I admitted watching their faces for any discouraging signs.

"Thank you and you are apart of this family now with a doubt" Jenny told me as she began digging into her food.

"Wow" Paul said in shock then gave me a thumbs up telling me that my food didn't taste like shit.

"I'm going up to get Abby" I stated then made my way back to her room and saw her sat up and yawning.

"Morning" I said coming up to her and kissing her on the lips gently before pulling back and grabbing her hands.

"What are you doing?" She asked letting me drag her out of the room and down the stairs.

"I made breakfast" I told her as I pulled her into the kitchen and towards the table. I pulled her seat out as she sat down then tucked it in and sat down myself next to her.

"Wow thank you" She smiled brightly kissing my cheek before tucking into her food.

"So today I thought we could open presents after this amazing breakfast and then we could go out around the village?" Abby suggested as she shuffled the beans into her mouth.

"I was thinking you take Bryon into the village whilst me and your dad prepare Christmas dinner and then we can have a film cozy night in?" Jenna suggested and we all immediately nodded our heads in agreement.

"Were going to have to keep you around lad I need more of these scrambled eggs" Paul stated as I began laughing.

"I might have to teach you how to do it" I told him and he seemed eager to learn which made me smile.

I had just finished my breakfast when my phone range from the counter so I got up and checked to see who was ringing me and it was any mum.

"It's my mum sorry" I said and they dismissed me saying it was fine as I went outside and answered the phone.

"Merry Christmas Bryon hunny" My mum said happily.

"Merry Christmas I miss you lot" I told her sat I sat down on the porch and wrapped myself further into my hoodie.

"We miss you too hunny where are you currently?" She asked me.

"I'm at Abby's parents house I've just made them all breakfast then me and Abby are going around the village and her parents are making a Christmas dinner" I told her stalling as I didn't know how to tell her had Abby is pregnant.

"Sounds like you are going to have a really nice day" My mum replied.

"Mum I need to tell you something" I stated nervously.

"What is it?" She replied.

"I erm... er..... Abby she's erm..... Abby's pregnant" I stated and the other end went silent.

"Mum?" I asked getting scared she was upset.

"I'm here I'm just shocked to hear it is all I'm happy for you both though congratulations, your dad says congratulations as well" My mum said and instantly felt better.

"Thank you Mum I've never been so happy" I state smiling thinking about my future with Abby.

"You two will have to come and visit some time soon so we can finally meet her" My mum suggested happily which I was happy about.

"We will soon mum" I agreed.

"Anyway let me talk to Abby I want to congratulate her as well" She said as I got up and went inside to the kitchen and passed the phone to Abby.

Abby's POV

Bryon finally came inside and passed me the phone over indicating that his mum wanted to speak to me.

"Congratulations Abby and Merry Christmas" Was the first thing I heard when I put the phone to my ear.

"Thank you Mrs. Langley and you too" I said thinking back to the first time I spoke to her and she had no idea who I was and now I'm pregnant with her grandchild.

"I can't wait to meet you soon hunny you and Bryon will have to come over and visit soon" She said and I immediately began smiling at the fact she wants to meet me.

"We definitely will I really want to meet you and come over to South Africa" I stated.

"That's great hunny any I am going to go now bye hunny and congratulations bye" She said and I smiled in response.

"Bye" I bid her goodbye and passed the phone back to Bryon who said goodbye then hung up.

"Was that your mum?" My mum asked Bryon as he sat back down next to me and grabbed my free hand.

"Yeah she was just saying merry christmas and then I told her about the pregnancy" Bryon said smiling which is all he seemed to be doing at the moment.

Me and Bryon are currently walking around the village and he hasn't let go of my hand the entire time. We turned a corner and began making our way down the cobble stone street and towards my favourite coffee shop.

"I love this village" Bryon said hooking my arm onto his and smiling whilst he looked around.

"Here" I said pulling him into the shop and over to the counter.

"Hi Abby nice to see you hunny it's been awhile" Joan smiled at me as I went up to the counter.

"Hi Joan it's been a while how are you?" I asked as she began making my regular.

"Not bad hunny thank you what can I get you?" She asked looking at Bryon.

"Just a black coffee please" He said smiling brightly at the little old lady behind the counter.

"Here you go lovelies that will be £4.75 please" She said and I began to get my purse out but before I could give her the money Bryon paid.

"Thank you" I said as I grabbed our drinks and began heading over to my usually table.

"Here we go" I said as we sat down on the table in the corner.

"Does everyone know everyone in this village?" Bryon asked me as that was at least the 5th person who had said hi to me.

"It's only a small village so pretty much yeah" I said then moaned when I took a sip of my drink.

"Good?" He asked laughing at me from my response.

"Amazing" I told him.

"So what else is there to see around here?" He asked taking a sip then nodding in approval. This has got to be the best drinks shop ever.

"Erm not much really just sheep, fields and cobble stone streets" I laughed then looked at him lovingly as he grabbed my hand again.

"We can go back if you want watch some films in bed?" Bryon suggested and I nodded as my feet were starting to hurt from all the walking we had done.

"Let's do it then" I agreed grabbing my bag and drink then bidding Joan goodbye as we set off towards my house.
