Anxiety(J2)

Jared's POV

I can feel it. Deep in my stomach and my throat. My anxiety is gunna bad today and it always is when I feel like this so early in the morning. It's 6am and Jensen has just texted me saying he  is on his way over and will be 5 minutes.
I grab my bag that I packed last night and jogged down the stairs into the kitchen. I live in a two bed apartment that is fairly big.
I picked up an apple and heard my phone go off.

Jen- I'm here come outside.

I put my phone back in my pocket grabbed my keys and locked the door on my way out. I walked into the car park and saw Jensen in his black Range Rover waiting for me to get in.

"Hey" I greeted him as I climbed in the car and put my seat belt on.

"Hey baby" Jensen smiled and leaned over to kiss me.

" you ready for season 12?" He asked excited as he set off towards the studio.

"Hell yeah I am" I chuckled pulling out my phone to check the time.

"Have you heard anything for your parents? How are they enjoying their time away?" Jensen asked as he and my parents get on really well.

"They're loving it! They had just been on a safari last time I spoke to them which was a few days ago" I told him.

"Good I'm glad they're enjoying it" He nodded then turned to radio up.

The rest of the journey we sat in a comfortable silence listening to the radio. I can still feel the panic rising in the pit of my stomach but I try to focus on what the therapist told me to work on.
Jensen pulled into the studio car park and parked in his usual spot then we climbed out and walked towards our trailers.

"We need to be on set in 15 minutes I will come and get you when your ready" Jensen told me pecking me on the lips then he walked into his trailer.

I walked into mine and instantly I felt my breathing shorten and my head become dizzy.

"No no. No no not today come on breath Jared" I panicked as I stumbled into my bathroom and looked around for my tablets.

"Dammit" I threw my bag onto the floor and slowly stumbled back into the living area.

I sat down on the floor with my back on the wall and I could feel my self beginning to cry. My breathing is now coming out in short breaths as I try to get myself under control.
I tried to hold my breath but it didn't work, I tired everything I knew to try and stop the panic attack but it wasn't working.
I placed my head into my hands and cried harder when I heard a knock on my door.

"Jay were need on set lets go" He shouted through the door not expecting me to be in the situation I am in.

"Jen" I shouted as loud as I could and began crying harder because I was panicking because I couldn't breath and I felt like I was drowning.

My trailer door was swung open and Jensen ran towards me dropping to his knees in front of me and placed his hands on my knees.

"Jay baby hey you need to steady your breathing okay you know what to do" He spoke calmly to me as he stood behind me and sat down pulling my back towards his chest and resting his hands on mine.

"Copy my breathing okay come on you can do it come on baby" Jensen spoke softly and tired to get my to calm my breathing.

After about 5 minutes of me copying his breathing I could feel my self to calm down and relax a bit.

"Jay honey are you alright?" Jensen asked softly rubbing his hands on my chest.

"Yeah I'm okay now, but we need to get onto set" I worried and tired to stand up but Jensen held onto me tighter.

"Babe your not going on to set today you're going to relax and cuddle with me" He stated then stood up and helped me get up.

He walked over to the TV and put on Game of Thrones then came over to me and we sat laid down in the same position we was just sat in.

"Jen?" I spoke waiting for him to reply.

"Yeah baby?" He replied running his hands over my chest.

"I love you" I told him.

His hand stopped on my heart and then he whispered he loves me to.
We spent the rest of the day kissing, cuddling and relaxing until we both fell asleep.
