Orla smiled at a picture her mother had sent her of her dog in a Christmas jumper she had bought when she noticed someone standing next to her table.

"Hey is it cool if I sit here there's no spare seats and I need a table for my laptop?" Orla heard a voice ask so she looked up and saw an incredibly attractive man looking back at her.

"Sure yeah no problem" Orla nodded smiling as she watched the man smile back at her before sitting down and began sorting his belongings out.

"Thank you" He replied and Orla smiled in response going back to look at her phone. She was typing out an response to her mother when her phone died.

"Shit" Orla sighed putting her phone on the table to route through her bag for her charger.

"Fuck sake!" Orla exclaimed as she realised she had left her charger in the train station before she got on the train. Orla sat back in her chair and ran her hands through her hair and looked out the window.

"Are you okay?" The man across from her asked her as he raised his eyebrow at her phone.

"My phones dead and I left my charger on the platform before I got on" She explained bringing one of her knees up to her chin to rest her head on.

"You can borrow mine if you want? To charge your phone before you get off?" He offered and she looked at him in surprise before she nodded her head.

"Please yeah that would be great" She smiled happily at him. "Thank you" She accepted the charger plugging it into the socket in the middle of the table and plugging it into her phone. The familiar battery sign popping up on her screen to indicate it was charging.

"You getting off at Kings Cross?" He asked curiously.

"Yeah" Orla nodded in response.

"Cool me too so you can just keep it until it's fully charged" He replied smiling at her and Orla realised how truly beautiful his smile was.

"Thank you" She thanked him again before they sat in a comfortable silence. Orla took out a book she had in her bag and began reading that as she waited for her phone to charge. The man across from her pulled out a MacBook and began she assumes to be working as it looked like either an editing software or something to do with music.

"Are you from London or just visiting?" The man asked across from Orla clearly crying to be nice and make conversation.

"Just visiting yeah my friend is there for uni she's got  some time off so I said I'd come and see her for a bit" Orla told him as she looked up at him and noticed he had one ear phone in and one out so he could talk to her.

For the next 30-40 minutes they were chatting away to each other, making jokes and getting to know one another, when the train suddenly began slowing down on the tracks and came to a complete stop.

"What's going on?" Orla asked as she looked out the window at the surrounding area and saw nothing but open tracks and the rest of the train.

"I have no idea let me put this away" He said who's name she had learnt earlier was Byron. He put his computer away and zipped his bag up before he too looked out of the window.

"Holy shit!!" Orla gasped in shock and fear as she saw multiple police cars pull up with a few army trucks and a van that said bomb experts on the side of it.

"Byron look" She said pointing to all the approaching vehicles.

"Oh my god!" He let out in shock as we both watched them come onto the tracks and began setting up. There were tens on tens of people rushing round trying to set things up and organise everything.
