Telling the parents Part 2(Grayson Dolan)

Ava's POV

After I told Grayson about me being pregnant he thought we should tell his parents as soon as possible, which I was totally fine with as I have met his parents/family on multiple occasions as we have been dating for over 2 years now. I was more nervous on if they would accept it as we both want to keep it but we are still very young. He has booked a flight for tomorrow and all three of us are going back to New Jersey to see his family.

"Are you alright?" I asked Grayson as he walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table where I had cooked us all some lunch.

"Yeah" He smiled and kissed me lightly before gently placing his hand on my stomach before digging into his food.

"Thanks Ava" Ethan said as he jogged in from outside and began eating as well. I soon joined in and tired to eat as much as my stomach would let me  considering I was getting pretty intense morning sickness.

"Holy shit!!!" Ethan exclaimed dropping his utensils and looking at me and Gray with shocked expressions.

"What?" Grayson asked worried as we both looked at Ethan concerned.

"I'm going to be an uncle!!" He said and we both laughed in response at him completely forgetting the obvious.

"Yes you are" I said chucking at him as I placed my hand on Grayson's arm smiling.

"I'm going to be such a fun uncle just you wait" He said happily and we all smiled and began talking about how amazing this is going to be.

"Ethan get your lazy ass out of bed right now we're going to miss the flight" I shouted running into Ethan's bedroom and throwing a pillow at him.

"Urgh okay okay I'm awake I'm awake" He groaned out getting up and began to gather his things as I left the room and headed towards Grayson's to check on him. I walked into his room and stopped at the doorway to see him sat on the edge of the bed holding one of the pregnancy tests in his hands just staring at it.

"Gray?" I spoke and his head shot up to see me. " are you alright baby?"

"Yeah I'm fine I promise I'm just...." He began but stopped as he grabbed my hand and looked back at the pregnancy test.

"What?" I pressured him as I wanted to know what his thoughts were on this whole ordeal because if he didn't want the baby then we would have to work something out.

"Nothing I'm just scared of my parents reactions is all. I don't want them to not accept this cause it would break my heart" He confessed and I leant my head on his shoulder and grabbed his hands.

"I'm scared about that too Gray. I'm scared about a lot of things at the moment considering the situation but I know that we will get through this" I told him and I felt him nod and bring my head up so he could kiss me.

"Come on lets get our things together" I said to Grayson and moved away from him to gather all our suitcases and extra bags we needed before taking them out to the hallway in front of the door where Ethan's was and set them there.

"Wait can you fly whilst being pregnant?" Grayson asked worried as we began boarding the plane.

"Bit late to ask that Gray" Ethan laughed as he showed the lady his ticket and pointed to where we was sat.

"Yes I can. I'm not even a month yet Gray it's when it gets later on in the pregnancy that I can't" I told him and he sighed in relief as we sat down. Ethan at the window me in the middle and Gray on the aisle seat.

"Okay good" He said and placed his hand on my thigh and left it there.

"Still amazes me that this flight is 5 hours yet still in the same country" I said and both twins looked at me stupid before they burst out laughing.

"Shut up" Ethan laughed as I lightly smacked his shoulder.

"It is weird like I flew from London to Spain in 3 hours and I was in a different country" I said still amazed by the fact but the twins thought I was chatting shit.

"Ava you're chatting shit" Ethan laughed again and Grayson shook his head at me.

"I hate you both" I stated crossing my arms and looking at the floor. They both laughed at me and shook my shoulders before we settled in for the flight ahead of us as the plane began taking off.

"Ethan I'm going to kill you will you shut up!!" I exclaimed as we finally after way to long we began pulling up into their driveway.

"You can try" He said poking me in my side before he jumped out of the car and ran inside leaving me flipping him off in his wake as Grayson laughed and helped me out of the van. He placed his hands on my waist and I put my on his shoulders as he helped me out.

"You still nervous?" He asked me and I nodded not wanting to lie I was extremely nervous.

"Are you?" I asked and he shrugged his face lighting up when he saw his parents.

"Hey Ava how are you?" They greeted me with a hug as they always do after they greeted Ethan and Grayson.

"I'm better now we've finally got here been a long time traveling with Ethan annoying me the whole way" I chuckled as Ethan smiled brightly at me and his parents laughed at us.

"Mom, Dad we've got something we want to tell you" Grayson said as we got our luggage inside and made our way into their living room.

"What?" His mom questioned as we all sat down me and Grayson on the middle sofa.

"Well erm..." I began but nerves took ahold me and I stopped to scared to tell them. Grayson gripped my hand and placed it on top of my knee.

"Ava's pregnant" Grayson confessed and I began sweating as I waited for there response.

"Really?" He dad asked before nodding then smiled at us.

"Wow I can't believe it" His mom spoke before standing up and smiling at us both. I sighed in relief as they hugged us congratulating us on the pregnancy before announcing that we're going out for a meal to celebrate.

After everyone calmed down from the announcement everyone began doing there own thing with me and Grayson still on the sofas in the living room. I was laying in between Grayson's legs with his hands resting on my stomach.

"I'm so glad they accepted it" I whispered linking our fingers together.

"Me too baby. I love you"

"I love you"
