"I still revolve around you without a name."

Jungkook's POV:

"He needs some serious rest. I would recommend letting him stay here for the day and then bringing him home later on in the evening. We need to assess him to see how he does."

"He's pretty stable now though, right?"

"Correct. It's minor but this is something that can easily happen again based on the activities he so constantly takes part in. You can stay with him for the time being but I recommend keeping the number of visitors at a low amount. Too many visitors can be a lot for him to take in. The last thing he needs right now is for his mind to be too occupied."

"I understand. Thank you."

My eyes fluttered open slowly, trying to adjust to the bright lights of the room. I looked around without moving my body, catching sight of the white walls, the tube which was inserted into the vein of my arm, and it only took the sound of the heart monitor to know that I was in a hospital room. I cautiously turned my head to see Yoongi sitting down on a chair, reading some sort of models magazine which he truly seemed disinterested in.

"Yoongi?" My voice was hoarse and low.

His head shot to look at me.

"Hyung, you're up." A soft smile appeared on his face.

"What happened?" I propped myself up on my elbows, fixating myself to a sitting posture. I placed my hand on the back of my head, putting pressure on it from the slight pain it was giving me.

"You passed out in the studio. One of the janitors happened to walk by and saw your body planted down on the ground. When he knocked on the door and noticed you weren't responding or waking up, he called 119. The hospital called us as soon as they could."

"Us?" I raised a brow.

"Yeah, Jin and the others are outside, waiting in the hall. We came in one by one but you were asleep while a majority of them came." He sighed. "Jungkook, why do you overwork yourself?"

I looked down at my hands. "It's never really my intention to do so. Things have been different lately. I've just had too much on my mind and dancing along with singing was the only way I could seem to clear all the negative energy. I needed time to myself. I guess I wasn't really paying attention to my health as much as I was to my thoughts."

"No kidding. Are you still planning to audition one day?"

I nodded. "They scheduled me for Wednesday next week."

He seemed shocked as he tried to contain his enthusiasm for me. "Kookie, that's great news! You must be excited!"

I chuckled. "Thanks, hyung. I'm a bit nervous but yeah, I'm excited. That's also why I'm spending so much time at the studio. I want to make sure that I'm prepared to meet their expectations."

He sucked his teeth. "You don't need to worry about that. There's no doubt that you won't."

I smiled. "I appreciate that." I rolled my lips inwards as a wave of silence rolled through both of us.

"You look better."

He seemed confused by my statement. I pointed to my eye, gesturing to him what I was talking about.

"Oh," he nodded. "Yeah, it's made a lot of progress. You have quite the hand."

I nervously laughed. "Yeah, look, I'm really sorry about that. If you want, you can punch me back? A punch for a punch?"

"It's all good, Kookie. I think I'd hurt my hand more than I'd hurt your face."

His joke caused us both to laugh because of how true it was.

"But in all seriousness, it's okay. I just wish you would make things right with Y/N."

Hearing her name caused me to swallow eagerly.

"I fucked up badly. Didn't I?"

Yoongi shrugged as he looked around the room.

"Honestly? As your brother, yeah. You fucked up."

I nodded.

"I need to fix this."

"And how will you decide to do that?" He questioned as if he already knew the answer but wanted to hear it from me.

"First, I need to talk to Hope."

He chuckled. "You don't have to wait long for that,"

"She's already here."

[THE DAY BEFORE]

Y/N's POV:

I fidgeted with my fingers, anxiously waiting for my phone to light up with some sign of a response. So much for them responding 'right away', Amy.

I was taken aback when Taehyung's caller ID popped on my screen.

Why was he calling?

I shrugged it off and picked up.

"Y/N!"

My eyes closed shut as I pulled the phone away from my ear due to his unexpectedly loud voice.

"Tae, hey." I laughed.

"I'm sorry I didn't give you a heads up that I was calling. It's just—as soon as I saw your text, I was in a state of shock. It was so unexpected. I hope you're not busy or anything and that I'm not bothering you."

"Ani, it's okay! Besides laying on my bed for a majority of the night doing absolutely nothing, I haven't been busy."

"Oh, good!" I heard him chuckle. "How have you been? The boys and I have been talking a lot about you."

I raised a brow. "Not sure if that's a bad thing or a good thing."

"It's good. All good things about you. We've just been trying to figure out what's the best way to go about this situation with you and Jungkook. We want to help you both. He's my brother and when he's going through something, I tend to make that something my problem too."

I nodded. "I can understand that. I guess I was just sort of hoping this would all have been fixed by now. I was actually planning on talking to him tomorrow, that is if he's around."

He hummed. "I don't exactly know where his whereabouts are but perhaps I can give you some suggestions? He just hasn't been at the house."

"So I've heard."

"How did you know?"

"I recently was on the phone with my best friend, Amy and she updated me on everything that's been happening, along with Yoongi and Jungkook's little.....fiasco."

"Ah, I forgot they talk. Right. I'm sorry it wasn't one of us who informed you. We just wanted to give you space. Besides, I think to give you comfort would have just pissed Jungkook off." He sucked his teeth. "So protective even when you're not his girlfriend."

His statement caused me to smile. "Yeah, I've come to realize. Don't apologize either, it's okay. Having time to myself really helped me. That time really allowed me to be able to think about what I wanted to do."

"And what you want to do, from my understanding, is find him and talk to him? Why not give him a call?"

"He won't answer. I know him. He wouldn't be able to bring himself to pick up. So, to take matters into my own hands, I'm going to go directly to him."

"Bold move, Y/N. The thing is, if I may, I'd like to offer a solution. I said we wanted to help you both so I sort of devised a way to fix all of this."

"What solution do you have in mind, Kim Taehyung?"

"It's going to sound crazy but,"

"It involves Hope."
