-Y/N's Pov-

As Alibaba and I sat in the shop he tapped his finger on the wooden table out of nervousness. For most of the time, I just keep to myself and wonder what he's thinking. I know I need to get out of this shop but I can't go back to the palace. That'll just get me caught or even killed or even the boys killed. I can't let that happen. "What if I stayed at one of the inns in town?" I turn my head to him and my sight comes to me.

I see what he actually looks like. His black hair is longer than mine. The next thing that stood out was his build. He was a lot more toned than I imagined. My cheeks heat up when I notice how many times he's pulled me close. Next, my eyes move to his red ones. For a moment my eyes widen as his eyes lock with mine. He raises a brow at me. "Is something the matter?" He asks me as he looks at me. For some reason, this flash of sight is lasting longer. I continue to look into his eyes as I just sit there in slight shock. My head is completely blank about what to say. "Y/N, are you ok?" As he says this my vision fades and I'm back to the black screen.

"Sorry, yeah I'm fine. I was just...thinking that's all." I said as I turned my head down, setting my hands on the table. "Um, what do you think about that idea of me staying at one of the inns here in town?" I heard him sigh softly as I hear this sound of his chair move across the wooden floor of the shop.

"It's not a bad idea. But, someone should be with you while your there."

"I can stay in the one that the other Alibaba is at." I hear him sigh again and set a hand on mine protectively. "I should be fine. It'll look less suspicious if it's him walking into an inn. If you did more than once without him it might look strange and Decius might find me faster." He chuckles softly then sighed a bit.

"Your right. It might be better if you stay with him in the inn." He takes his hand away from mine and starts walking around the shop. I hear him mumble something to himself very quietly. "It'll be better if you two share a room. Is that ok with you?" He asks me worried.

"That fine with me," I answered nodding my head slightly. "Should we ask the other Alibaba or do you think he'll be alright with it?"

"He might be cool with you staying with him in the hotel. He might think it's a great idea." I smile as I turn my head to him. "I'm going to go ask Courtesy if you can stay here a bit longer." He says as he starts to walk to the back of the shop.

I hear them talk in the back. As this happens I hear familiar footsteps walk into the shop. Footsteps I wish I could never hear. Quickly, I get under the table and hide from Decius. I make sure that the table cover is all the way around is covering me. Luckily it was. I hear someone walk out from the back. It might be Courtesy's. For a moment everything is quiet. But, then Courtesy speaks up. "What can I help you with sir?" She asks in a kind voice.

"I need help finding someone close to me." His voice to me is light a thousand needles piercing my ears. My heart skips a beat out of fear hearing him step closer to the table. "She's not in the best shape to be in the city alone. Could you help me, ma'am?"

"I'm sorry, but at the moment I can't. I have to take care of my brother. He has a small fever."

"I'm sorry to keep you from your brother. I'm sorry to bother you." Is all he said as he left the shop.

After that, I hear something fall on the ground by the table. Then Courtesy speaks up. "Don't come out for a bit. He might just be outside waiting." She says then walks out of the room after grabbing what she 'dropped'.

After what seemed like an hour I hear Alibaba's footsteps walk out of the back. So, I crawl out from under the table. "We'll go once the rush hour comes. It'll be harder to look for someone then. We will head straight for the inn." I nod my head softly, agreeing. "This will end with you safe and your master and the assassin gone."
