Kiran's POV
I broke down after coming out of her room seeing her in that condition . I cursed myself for not being there for her . I spoke to Dr. Ananya and arranged ultrasound for Sweety .
" I will wait outside " I said
she held my hand and said " I'm scared , please stay with me . " I nodded
She started to cry with joy seeing her baby in ultrasound patting her tummy . Even i had tears in my eyes thinking my little Sweety is going to be a mother . I asked if she wants to see her baby for some more time and she nodded yes .
I left her there and went to talk to Dr.Ananya .
"Baby is 8 weeks old and looks fine but Sweety is very weak . She needs to take proper food and rest . I will prescribe some medicines for her " she said
"Don't call her Sweety . I didn't tell her I'm Ravi . She knows me as Siri's brother-in-law " she nodded not asking me further
I called my mother-in-law and asked her to meet in the temple near her home in an hour .
I got medicines for Sweety and took her to Siri's home . She was silent in the car looking at her baby's ultrasound pictures . I too didn't ask anything further as I cannot stress her . Siri might know something . I shall talk to her .
I dropped her at home , gave medicines .
" You are weak . Take proper food and rest . Don't stress yourself . I'm there for you as a brother . Give me call anytime " I said giving her my number .
I went to kitchen brought food for her in plate . She became emotional seeing my care . I said its the least I can do . After half an hour Megha and Siri came and I left to meet my mother-in-law
