This is just a short flashback filler chapter, and it basically goes off what Chan told Jisung in the chapter titled 'The Past Is A Dark Place' where he said to Jisung that if it wasn't for him, neither Jisung nor Seungmin would be alive. This is basically what happened. Sorry, it's short but the next chapter will be like a normal chapter.
A 9 year old Jisung ran through the pouring rain, panting harshly and his eyes wide in fear.
"Keep running Jisungie!" A 9 year old Seungmin shouted from a little ways behind him.
The two young boys could hear the loud pounding footsteps of the massive creature that was chasing them, its blue eyes and blood soaked fangs a horrifying sight that would scar them for life. The loud roar this creature let out echoed through the streets, shaking the young boys to the core, and they ran just that little bit faster.
Maybe a little too fast, because as Seungmin tried to catch up to Jisung, he tripped and fell, twisting his ankle.
"AH! JISUNGIE, HELP!" Seungmin yelped.
Jisung turned his body around, gasping as he saw Seungmin try to drag himself towards Jisung. The dark haired boy ran toward Seungmin, but he was a little too late. The Monster had caught up, and scooped up Seungmin in its massive paw.
"Minnie, no!" Jisung exclaimed.
Jisung glared harshly up at the creature who was at least three times the height of Jisung and Seungmin.
"Hahaha, you really think your glare will have any effect on me, puny child" the beast laughed.
Jisung shook with fear, but his hard glare hid any trace of him being scared. If Channie hyung and J hyung could see him now; they'd be proud...
Right?
Actually, now that he thought about it, they'd probably tell him to leave Seungmin behind and keep running. And that's what Seungmin was yelling now; for Jisung to keep running and to not look back. As long as his best friend, his family was safe, he didn't mind dying. However, the beast had other ideas.
He swiped at Jisung with his free paw, intending to kill him, but Jisung jumped back, dodging the blow. The beast was confused, and taken aback when Jisung suddenly grew a tail, horns and medium sized black wings.
"A demon?" The beast smirked.
"No, an Incubus" Seungmin managed to get out.
"And i'm not scared of your ugly mug either" Jisung growled out, running at the beast.
Incubus' were strong creatures and could take on something 5 times their size, so this beast was in for a harsh surprise. However, the wolf-like creature was expecting Jisung's attack, swiping his paw and sending Jisung flying backwards.
"You certainly aren't the first Incubus I've come across. You fuckers are strong, but you're young" the beast scoffed.
Jisung grunted, his consciousness slowly leaving him. Seungmin tried to struggle out of this beasts grip, but to no avail. Seungmin started to tear up; he was going to die wasn't he?
"Oi, Zalu, over here!" A familiar voice shouted.
The beast, or Zalu as the voice called him, whipped his head to the side and growled loudly.
"Bang Chan, so we meet again" Zalu smirked.
Chan rolled his eyes, scoffing.
"Go pick on someone your own size eh? Don't want a repeat of last time do we pup?" Chan spat, glaring at the beast.
Last time, Zalu had been beaten to a pulp by Chan because the wolf-like creature had threatened the livelihood of his best friends. Zalu wanted so bad to just eat Seungmin and Jisung for entering his territory, but he knew better than to piss off Bang Chan. Zalu dropped Seungmin, causing the boy to be knocked unconscious. Chan sighed as Zalu stormed off, rolling his eyes at the wolf-like creatures childishness. Chan picked up both Seungmin and Jisung, taking them back to his house.
These two really needed to stop getting themselves into trouble...

Another thing, surprisingly, besides Girl's Generation, BlackPink is the only other girl group that has really caught my eye. Also, has anyone else heard about the new group BigHit took in like forever ago? I'm actually really excited to hear more news about them, because once it does, I AM JUMPING ON THAT TRAIN LIKE QUICK STICKS! Also, Zalu is an important character, and you'll know why in a later chapter :3
