"Oh, come on. It can't be possible that you don't remember anything." My voice was a bit louder than usual and my tone harsher.

Jungkook could tell that I was annoyed with this situation.

"I remember something... I was on that party and a guy tried to hit on me so I told him..."

"What did you tell him?"

"That I'm not gay."

"That's it?"

"I don't know..."

"Well, then fucking remember it! No wonder you got in trouble! Why were you there anyways?"

"I just needed a bit distraction from everything."

"What the fuck Jungkook? What's your problem?" I turned away from him and tried to go into my room but Jungkook stopped me by grabbing my arm.

"Why are you so mad?", he asked softly.

I laughed and shook my head. "Are you serious?"

I turned around and looked into his eyes again. "I don't want to get involved in your shit, okay?"

I moved his hand away and turned my back to him. "And tell your friend or whatever, Taehyung to talk to you himself."

I shut the door right in front of him and locked it. I don't know why I got so mad at him. Maybe I just used the situation to get time for myself. I still couldn't deal with the fact that my best friend might be in love with me.

I let myself fall on the bed and reached for my phone. No messages. I scrolled a bit through my contacts until I stopped by one name. Kim Seokjin. The last words he told me before he left lingered in my head.

"When you need someone, I'm there." I stared at the screen while his words repeated over and over again.

"Just call me."

Call

I bit into my lower lip thinking about which words I should choose. Maybe he didn't even mean it that way, maybe he's busy. I wanted to end the call but there was already another voice speaking on the other side.

"Hello?"

"Uhh- Hey Seokjin, it's Jandi.", I stuttered and regretted this call immediately.

"Oh, Jandi! What's up?"

"I- I thought maybe... You said that I- I..."

"You want to meet up?"
Before I was able to answer he already continued.

"Let's meet up in that café again. In like 20 minutes, alright? I gotta go now, see you there!"

"Seo-"

He hung up.
