"So, clothing stores first?" Nia asked.
"Yep, of course!" I answered. I love clothes so much.It was Black Friday and Nia and I were of course shopping. We wanted to shop as much as possible so, among all the normal stores, we wanted to go to the mall too. There was a huge sale at The Shops At Columbus Circle.
We walked in a silence towards Primark.
"So... " Nia said and I knew what she was going to say. I looked at my moving feet and smiled.
"Tell me what's popping with you and Mike!"
"Don't even get me started!! I love being with him. He's so sweet and caring. And his parents are so nice!""Oh yeah, you got to meet them, almost right after you started dating. Must say that that's kinda quick!"
"Yeah, but it doesn't feel like it. It was very casual even though I was super nervous about going there.""So tell me more about his family. But first I have to take this shirt with me to the fitting room so we'll continue there."
There was a super mean shop assistant and she looked at us very suspiciously when we both went to the same fitting room.
"Umm, you two over there. You better not steal ANYTHING. I will immediately call the security here if I think that you look guilty after coming out of there," she said with a bitchy and high voice and raised her eyebrows.
"Excuse me, who do you think you are?? I'm just going to fit this shirt. So what's the problem here?" Nia said and I realized that she was going snap any minute now so I tried to calm her down.
"Well, what is that other one doing there? She doesn't have anything to fit," the sale assistant answered and crossed her arms.
"First of all, that's none of your business but if you HAVE to know, we have some things to talk about."
We were just closing the curtain in the fitting room when we heard the sale assistant mumbling something.
"What a gossiping bitch," she said and rolled her eyes.Nia and I just stood there mouths wide open and we both nodded our heads. This was our time to do something.
We quickly opened the curtain."WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" Nia yelled and everyone in the store turned to see us.
"I said that you're a bunch of gossiping bitches."She wasn't even sorry.
And then we both snapped."Okay, you and me, RIGHT NOW," Nia said.
The sale assistant looked at Nia very arrogantly and laughed.
But Nia had already jumped on top of her."You do know that you can't talk like that to ANYONE. You're a sale assistant and you should be friendly and keep your damn thoughts inside of your head, okay?" I said and stood next to the catfighting Nia and the sale assistant.
"Okay, girls. Stop it. Immediately," we heard a deep voice saying behind us. There was a security guard and he started to pull Nia and the saleswoman apart from each other.
"Miss, I have to ask all of you to leave this store. Right now. We will talk this through outside the store," he said to us.
We walked outside and I told Nia to calm down. She took a deep breath and smiled.
"I'm so sorry but this employee here was very unprofessional," she said with an angel voice. She blinked her eyes and her long eyelashes at the guard who instantly softened.
