The second I see your face,
The second I look into your eyes,
That's when everything
Starts coming back to me.
All the feelings I tried to forget.
All the things you said to me.
All the memories we made.
Just one look at your face
And you make everything come back,
Especially when
I've been trying so hard
To forget everything.
It's like all the progress I made
Doesn't even matter anymore
Because you make me
Start all the way
Back at the beginning.
I have to go through
The entire process
Of forgetting you again,
Just because,
I saw,
Your face.
