I felt so insecure.
I hated my voice,
So I didn't talk to people.
I hated my laugh,
So I tried not to laugh at things.
I hated my smile,
So I didn't smile much.
I hated the way I looked.
I tried so hard to change myself.
Until I saw you.
And every time I talked to you,
I didn't hate my voice.
Every time you made a joke,
I didn't hate my laugh.
Every time you said something sweet,
I didn't hate my smile.
Every time you said I looked good,
I didn't hate my body.
Every time you said I was beautiful,
I didn't hate my face.
I didn't hate,
Myself.
