It was in this moment
Where I felt as though
Nothing
In the entire world
Mattered,
But you.
You looked at me and I knew,
I knew exactly what you wanted to do,
And I let you
Because I wanted you to do it.
I wanted you to so badly,
And you did it.
You finally did it.
You placed your lips against mine
And I felt complete
Once again.
I felt whole again.
I felt like I was where I belonged,
With you,
I felt like I belonged with you.
I missed kissing you.
I missed the feeling of safety,
And love,
Pure,
Utter,
Love.
I missed kissing you so bad.
The second you placed your lips against mine
I could feel my heart burst.
It was craving this for so long.
For so many long months
It was craving the feeling of your lips on mine,
And it finally got
What it was waiting for.
After so many months of crying,
And pain,
And feeling like I was going to die,
I finally felt whole again.
I finally felt safe again.
I finally felt loved again.
I finally got to kiss you,
Once again.
