Before he knew it, Saturday was right around the corner for Jungkook. His first week of school was bearable to say the least. Gossips and rumors about the "new kid" haven't really died down but Taehyung tried his best to defend the younger even when half the rumors are caused by him taking an interest in befriending the dark haired fluff.

The last bell for the day finally rang and Jungkook couldn't have been happier that his first weekend after an unusual week of school has officially started.

He walked straight out of the campus, ignoring whenever he heard someone mention his name in their conversation, as he continued to head home.

It was more of peaceful throughout the day since Taehyung didn't go to lunch to do make up work for english which left Jungkook with his other two hyungs. He's gotten a lot closer with the both of them, mostly with Hoseok because Yoongi wasn't much of a talker but the eldest tried his best to show the boy that he enjoyed his presence by doing small gestures like offering his lunch and smiling whenever he tried to be funny.

Hoseok and Jungkook have been talking nonstop during class and lunch whenever Taehyung wasn't there, one can even say they've became best friends. The sunshine was even comfortable enough to tell the younger about him taking a liking towards Yoongi which the boy felt special that he was one of the only two people that his hyung told about his little secret.

So far things were going well for the dark haired boy.

As Jungkook passed by the parking lot, someone slung an arm around his shoulders, making the boy look at whoever the owner of it was in confusion.

"Taehyung-hyung?" He questioned as the blonde smiled down at the bunny in his arm. "I thought you had something after school?"

"You know I've been thinking-" The older started, completely ignoring the younger's question and Jungkook nodded to signal the boy to go on. Taehyung took his grape flavored lollipop out of his mouth to speak clearer before continuing. "You're totally a bottom, aren't you?" This childish question took the younger by surprise, his cheeks flushing a deep red.

"W-what?" He questioned, pretending like he doesn't know what the boy was referring to but Tae smirked. "You know, when you're having fun in bed with your future boyfriend. You're totally a bo-"

"Hyung I'm straight." Jungkook interrupted him, letting the older's smirk slowly fall from his tanned skin. "Oh... s-sorry I just assumed you were gay." Taehyung's arm pulled itself from the boy's shoulders before he proceeded to rub the back of his neck in embarrassment.

The blonde looked down at his feet, letting his hair cover his face, as they continued to walk in silence. It didn't take the younger very long to nudge the older's side, catching his attention.

"Hey it's fine." Jungkook assured with a smile and the dirty blonde awkwardly smiled back before changing the subject.

"Ay kid, wanna go grab something to eat again? I'll pay." Taehyung offered with a boxy grin but the other quickly shook his head. "Taehyung, you've been pulling me to go out to eat everyday after school and I feel guilty for using your money-"

"Jungkook-ah, don't worry-"

"How much money do you have anyways? It seems like you should've ran out of cash by now." Jungkook lightly joked but that snapped Tae into a realization. "I mean come on, you've been treating me to that expensive pancake place for the past three days now."

Tae sighed, pushing his hair back so it tucked itself a little more to the side of his headband. The joy from his eyes a bit fogged by his thoughts which caused the younger's stomach to tighten from guilt.

"Hyung?" Jungkook asks in worry from his friend's sudden drop of enthusiasm. "Did I offend you in some kind of way? I'm sorry, it's just I know how hard it is to earn money considering I've seen my mom's struggles and I don't want you to just waste money on me when you could be saving it up for college or something more important." He gave a weak smile to the older who returned a forced one back.

"Don't worry about it, Kook. Let's just go home." He ruffled the boy's hair before leading him to his car.
