Jungkook's POV (3rd person)

"Is this where you live?" Taehyung asked as he slowly pulled the car in front of a small house. Jungkook gave him a small nod, playing with little Jaegeun's hair to relieve some of his embarrassment.

His house wasn't too small but you could tell from the outside that it's a bit more compact than the houses that neighbored next to it. It's all Jungkook's mom could afford as of right now so he couldn't complain but he also couldn't ignore the fact that he's a bit ashamed of it.

"Yeah." The younger mumbled before taking the seatbelt off of him and the little boy. He opened the door so he could slide Jaegeun off of his lap and gently place him on the seat, strapping him again for safety.

Once Jungkook was fully out of the car he shut the door and the blonde rolled the window down. "You got everything from here?" He checked up, looking up at the bunny boy with a grin. The dark haired younger held a thumb up and Tae nods. "Thanks for today, Tae."

"It's no problem, kid." The older assured and Jungkook waves goodbye to him and his adorable baby brother before Taehyung rolled the window back up.

The sound of the wheels turning on the loose pebbles of the street had joined the loud engine of the luxury car, the grey vehicle driving away at a leisurely pace until it was out of sight and all the boy could hear was the faint gust of wind that momentarily hit him, causing his hair to brush itself back.

"Kookie you're back!" Jimin beamed as Jungkook entered his own room. "Tell me everything! Where did you guys go? What did you guys do? You two would look so good together! Even his little brother agrees!" Jungkook only rolled his eyes as a response before plopping next to his hyung on the bed.

"I thought you had to go do something?" The younger questioned, taking out the cherry flavored lollipop from his pocket that Taehyung gave him earlier from the car's glove compartment. Jimin shrugged before displaying a sly smirk. "I did. I had to go help my bestfriend get alone time with his love of his life duh." Jungkook scoffed at the puerile excuse but placed the lollipop in his mouth, ignoring the slight annoyance that was growing in him on how persistent the older was with the idea of him and the blonde together.

"Whatever you're trying to do is not happening, Jimin." He scolded the man next to him. "He think's I'm straight and I'd like to keep it that way." The older flicked the other's forehead, making him whine and rub his head in pain.

"But why would you tell him that you're not gay dumbass." Jimin shook his head, disappointed at his bestfriend's poorly thought actions. "He clearly likes you. Did you see how whipped he was when you said his name? You should've looked at his face when you were talking to his little brother dude. He definitely has a think for you."

"Park Jimin, leave it." Jungkook demanded with a stern tone but the older only pouts. "I'm sorry, I just don't want what happened in my old school to happen again. In a way, this whole moving thing wasn't the worst change and I don't wanna ruin it."

"Fiiiinneee." Jimin sighed in defeat and the younger displayed a sad smile. "Thank you." He pulled the older into a hug before continuing. "So are you ready to go to my school on Monday?"

"I'm more than ready! I hope there's cute guys there!"

The weekend was over in a blink of an eye, Jungkook being the person that he was, was almost late to his and Jimin's agreed time to meet up so that the younger could show the newest student around the campus.

His phone dinged from the nightstand, indicating that someone sent him a text. He opened his eyes, the sun's rays instantly invading his eyesight, making him blink a couple times as he adjusted his vision. Squinting one lid close, he checked the screen of the small device before unlocking his phone.

Jiminsshiii

Jimin:
Jungkook where the hell are you?

Kook:
What?

Jungkook looked at the time on his phone realizing he had 5 minutes to get ready and that made him shoot up, unintentionally throwing the covers on the floor as he rushed to the bathroom.

Kook:
Shit I might be a couple minutes late

Kook:
Sorry

Jimin:
It's fine just hurry

Jimin:
I feel like a loner standing here by myself

Jimin:
DUDE! THIS CUTE GUY WITH GREEN HAIR IS WALKING TOWARDS ME

Jimin:
DJJDBFJDBCMX

Kook:
Ask him for his name!

Jimin:
HIS NAME'S YOONGI!

Kook:
Oh YoongiHyung! Tell him I said hi!

Jimin:
You know him?

Jimin:
HE SAID TO TELL YOU THAT HE'S GOT EVERYTHING FROM HERE! YOU DON'T HAVE COME KOOK! HE'LL SHOW ME AROUND! :D

Kook:
Okay tell him I said thank you :)

Jungkook sighed in relief, mentally praising Yoongi as he continued to brush his teeth. He didn't know the campus very well yet anyways. He just started attending the high school a week ago.

Another ding filled the room as the boy finished gargling water and spitting it in the sink.

Tae :)

Tae:
Hey Kookie 👋

Kook:
Hey Tae

Kook:
Do you need anything?

Tae:
No but can you hurry up

Tae:
I've been waiting at the front of your house

Kook:
What?! Why?!

Tae:
To drive you to school duh 🙄

Kook:
You didn't have to 😅

Tae:
I didn't want you to walk with this freezing conditions

Tae:
Now stop texting and hurry up >:(

The younger did as he was told and hurriedly dressed in a plain white T and some black ripped jeans before dashing out of the house with his backpack on.

He saw the blonde leaning on his usual Toyota Camry, phone in hand as he seemed to be playing some games with how concentrated he was.

Jungkook quickly fixed his hair, brushing it with his fingers in an attempt to shake off the indecorous look as he started walking towards the older. Taehyung looked up when he heard the younger's footsteps before showing off his accustomed grin, sticking his hand out that held a small blueberry flavored lollipop which the boy gladly accepted along with a thank you.

They stood a couple feet from each other, Jungkook unwrapping the lollipop and letting it rest in his mouth as he saw Taehyung staring at him while he did so.

"What?" The younger questioned, patting his face to check for anything that felt out of the ordinary but the other shook his head.

"Nothing. We should start heading to school before we're late." Tae suggested and the raven haired boy nodded in agreement as the older opened the passenger door for him to enter.
