Kim Taehyung was always the odd one out of his school. Not many people found his quirks amusing which resulted in his lack of friends- not that he tried making any.

"Time to open presents everyone!" Jin called out as he joyfully skipped into the living room with Namjoon trailed behind him. The parents laughed at the childishness of the supposed 24 year old before following him into the room.
"Jungkook, I want you to open my gift first." Taehyung beamed, handing a rectangular box, that was nicely wrapped in silver wrapping paper and a matching silver bow.
"Mine too." Jungkook pulled out a small square box with red wrapping paper and a green bow.
They opened the two presents at the same time and both were in awe of what they received.
Taehyung received a black roped bracelet with a small silver ring that held the whole thing together. Attached to the ring was a lollipop charm with a tiny violet jewel in the middle of the candy's swirl. There was another smaller round charm with it that had the letter "V" engraved.
"I saw it in the store and thought it was the perfect gift." Jungkook explained, watching the older already trying to wear the simple jewelry. "You always somehow have a lollipop with you and your favorite flavor is grape so the little jewel went great with it. Oh, and you've told me your favorite letter in the alphabet is V so I picked that."
It was the simplest yet the most thoughtful gift someone's ever gave Taehyung. People always gave him a disgusted look when he told them his favorite flavor and they always questioned him of why his favorite letter is V instead of T like his name.
"Wait! I have one more thing!" The bunny boy quickly scrambled to the kitchen to retrieve a jar of M&Ms before plopping back down next to the blonde. "I spent a whole day picking out just the blue ones for this." He handed the blue M&M filled jar to the oldest who looked like he was about to pass out from joy.
"Jungkook, these are seriously the best gifts I've ever received!" Taehyung exclaimed with his signature boxy grin on display as he held up his arm that had the bracelet on the wrist and the heavy jar of chocolate on his hand.
"It's really nothing, Hyung. It's all just a small thank you for making my move here to be more bearable."
The blonde pulled him into a bone crushing hug before letting go and pointing at the unopened box on the younger's lap. He'd already ripped the wrapping paper open to reveal the jewelry box.
"Open your gift, Kook."
The younger only complied, opening the box to be greeted by a gold chained necklace with a small realistic rabbit pendant. It was simply beautiful.
"Hyung, this looks expensive!"
"I've been saving up for the past weeks. Don't worry, it wasn't very expensive." Taehyung lied with a smile to cover it up. "I have something else too. It was last minute but I had to get it." He pulled out a gift bag from the stacks of presents and handed it to the younger. The raven haired boy rummaged through the bag and pulled out a pink bunny. "It's to replace the one that you gave Jaegeun. I'd feel bad if you ever come across your little sister again with just one of her-"
Taehyung was cut off by Jungkook who tackled him to the ground with a tight hug. A smile was plastered on both of their faces as the younger kept thanking him for the necklace and stuffed bunny.
The rest of the night was consisted of gift opening and gratefulness.
