The doorbell rang, still clearly heard even from Jungkook's room that was at the end of the hallway considering the house wasn't very big for the sound to travel much.

The raven haired boy dashed to the front door, opening and closing it behind him in a blink of an eye. Taehyung was caught off guard as the younger stumbled into him, the blonde instinctively wrapping his arms around the others small waist to prevent the both of them from falling.

"You seem to be more eager to go to the party than earlier." The older chuckled, helping the now blushing Jungkook to find his balance before pulling his hands away and shoving them in his front pockets. The younger scoffed, dusting himself off. "Sorry, I didn't want my mom to catch us and start questioning everything."

"Does she not know that you're going?" Taehyung asked, a bit worried that he might get him in trouble. He exhaled once the other shook his head. "I told her but I just don't want her to give me any lectures and stuff like that." Jungkook bluntly explained while they continued to walk towards the car. "Anyways, we should go." Taehyung nodded, opening the passenger door for the younger before jogging to the drivers side to do the same for himself.

Taehyung was not one to party at all but he wanted to spend more time with Jungkook so when Jackson invited him and told him to bring friends, he thought why not take this opportunity.

On the other hand, Jungkook can get wild when he's in parties, hence why he hated going to them in the first place. Cleaning the aftermath was never fun.

Especially when the aftermath was too much of a mess that he had no choice but to give in and leave it.

"Kim! You actual came!" A slightly tipsy Jackson emerged from the crowd of sweaty dancing people before swaying over to the blonde, draping an arm around the boy to lead him to the luxurious bar with hired bartenders as Taehyung held onto Jungkook's arm so that he wouldn't get lost in the mob of teenagers.

Rich was an understatement for Jackson. He was loaded. His parents' bank account was up at the high ranks alongside Taehyung's. Of course Tae's parents' had a couple more zeros at the end.

But unlike Taehyung, Jackson loved to show off his wealth by throwing parties, that more than half the school goes to,  almost every weekend in his gigantic mansion.

The oldest finally looked back to see Taehyung's hold on the youngest before smiling. "Oh you brought the other new kid!" He shouted loud enough so the two could hear, stretching his hand out for the younger to take. "I'm Jackson! But you can call me Jacks for short! You're Jungkook right?! Your friend Jimin came with Yoongi and Hoseok a couple minutes ago! Hope you party 'til you get wasted, kid!" The brunette laughed at his own words, proceeding to pat the blonde's back and continuing to enjoy his own party.

"Mark! Where you at?! I'm feeling horny right now!" Jackson yelled, not caring that everyone could hear him, until he's out of sight again.

"Sorry about that." Taehyung felt the need to apologize for his semi friend but Jungkook shook his head with a smile. "It's fine, he seems very... friendly." The younger struggled to find the right word to describe the brunette and the older laughed. "Let's go get a drink." The raven haired boy hesitated for a second before nodding.

Taehyung's POV (3rd person)

"Jungkook get off of there!" Taehyung scolded as he wrapped his arms around the younger's waist, pulling him off of the bar counter.

It's only been about four hours since the two entered the house and Jungkook has drank who knows how many shots of alcohol while Taehyung stopped after two when he realized that the younger was bound to get drunk seeing that he was already on his eighth shot by then.

"But hyung I wawna partttyyyy!" Jungkook exclaimed in slurs, struggling to get out of the older's grip. Once his feet are placed on the ground, he continued with his obscured drunk dancing. He turned to one of the bartenders behind the counter before raising his hand. "One mowre shawt pleaasseeee!"

"Oh no no no! We're going home!" Taehyung cancelled the younger's order before pulling at his arm, proceeding to weave through the sea of drunk people and leading them out of the household. "Taeeeee let goooo!" The blonde only rolled his eyes, ignoring the younger's demand. "You can stop shouting now. We're outside of the party."

"Taaaeeee let goooo!" The raven haired boy whisper shouted with his hands cupping his mouth this time making the older chuckle from how adorable he was.

"I'm driving you home." The alcohol that Taehyung consumed from earlier was long gone from his system considering he had to keep an eye on the drunk Jungkook's ever move the whole time. The bunny boy frowned, making the other's stomach churn with guilt. "Okay, how about this, I'll take you to our spot until you sober up a little before I drive you back to your house. Is that good?"

Jungkook nodded and Taehyung continued to walk them to the car.

"I never took you as one of the wild ones in parties, Kookie-ah." Taehyung chuckled to himself as the boy next to him leaned the back of his head on the tree trunk. "God you surprised me." He shook his head with a smile.

They sat on their usual spots under the biggest tree, the older admiring the younger who's eyes slightly drooped from the tiredness that replaced the energy the boy possessed not very long ago.

His hair was a bit messy from sweat considering the party quickly turned musty from all the people the house held, and it stuck to his forehead when the cold night's breeze helped dry it. Taehyung brushed the boy's dark hair back to get a better view of his chubby yet defined face.

"You sleepy, bun?" The older asked, seeing as Jungkook started to sway a bit from where he was sitting. Tae didn't care that he was calling Jungkook a bunny since he probably wouldn't remember the next morning. Plus he loved the cute little nickname.

Jungkook responded with an audible hum which the older cooed at. He wanted to examine the bunny boy's face a little better so he tilted his head down, facing up to come face to face with the younger, smiling when he saw his eyes closed yet he was still trying his hardest to keep his head up even if sleep had already taken over most of his body.

Then something unexpected happened.

The raven haired boy's head fell forward, causing the two's lips to connect. Taehyung's eyes widen in shock as the younger's soft yet slightly chapped lips rested on his. He couldn't move, the five seconds that passed felt longer than it should have before he finally snapped out of it, pulling away.

Jungkook snapped up from the sudden loss of balance again but quickly slumped on the tree trunk, not knowing what just happened.

Taehyung was speechless.

Please tell me I was just imagining that. He thought to himself, delicately touching his lips before pulling at his hair in frustration and sighing deeply. Momentarily, a gust of wind blew, making Jungkook shiver and unconsciously lay his head on the blondes shoulder while hugging his arm tightly for warmth.

The older could feel his heart beat quickening from the feeling of Jungkook snuggling him. But his heart also ached.

Jungkook's straight.

He unknowingly took Taehyung's first kiss.
