"Jin already had the fridge restocked with all sorts of food and desserts by the maids. The cabinets are filled with different kinds of junk food for you guys to snack on and yeah, basically as long as you don't burn down my apartment, you're free to do as you please as if the place is yours." Namjoon finished off.

We should probably give a small recap.

It's been a couple days since the Christmas gathering they had at Jungkook's home. Everyone had a great time—gift opening, laughter, small chats—, it was all a calming scene until the boys started drifting off to the topic of Taehyung's birthday.

A Few Days Ago

"Hyung, what are we doing for your birthday?" Jungkook suddenly beamed and the other three instantly scurried to them at the mention of the blonde's birthday.

"Um... I haven't really thought too much about it." Taehyung admitted, scratching the back of his head.

"We should go to the movies!" Jimin suggested.

"No no no, an arcade would be better." Yoongi interfered as he leaned on his arms.

"Or we could go to the arcade and movies!" Hoseok proposed and Taehyung slummed at where he was sitting at all the ideas they were throwing.

"Wait guys, why don't we just have a sleepover?" Jungkook chimed in and everyone almost instantly agreed with excitement.

Yoongi and Hoseok seemed to forget about Tae trying to hide his wealth, which included his huge mansion, since they were too focused on agreeing with whatever Jimin wanted.

All four pairs of eyes were now looking at the blonde, expecting an approval which he gave with a sigh.

"Sleepover it is then." Taehyung announced in defeat, realizing he had no say in his own birthday plans.

Back To Present Day

"Thank you so much for lending your apartment, Namjoon-Hyung. I owe you one." Taehyung hugged the man and the older only chuckled, ruffling the boy's hair.

Once the boy informed his hyungs of the sudden plans, Namjoon didn't hesitate to offer his apartment as an alternative home, seeing as the younger was close to having a panic attack. Taehyung couldn't have been more grateful.

They requested a couple of maids from the mansion to clean the place up a bit considering the owner spent most of his time in Jin's house or on business trips. Taehyung requested for anything branded or anything relating to the entertainment company to be out of plain sight and hidden. He had also told Yoongi and Hoseok about his worries and informed them of Namjoon's apartment. They both promised not to say anything to Jungkook and Jimin, resulting in a relieved sigh to come out of the blonde.

"Don't sweat it, kid." Namjoon assured the younger with a dimpled grin. Man his brother really got lucky with this one."Consider this a part of your birthday gift."

"A part?"

"Your brother and I will reveal the rest soon." He winked right as the doorbell rang. He handed the house keys to the blonde before walking to the door and opening it to find a shying Jungkook who held a gift box tightly against his chest and a backpack was slung on his shoulders. "Nice to see you again, Jungkook."

"Y-you too, Namjoon-Hyung." The junior stuttered out as a result of the older's intimidatingly deep voice.
Taehyung almost let out a snicker at the thought of his older brother being considered that of scary. If anything, Namjoon was the complete opposite. He was very loving towards Jin's little brothers and even whipped for the older.

The silver haired male continued to head out the door but not before bidding a "Happy birthday again, Taehyung. Have fun, kiddos."

As soon as the door shut, the blonde was instantly tackled to the ground by the younger. "Happy birthday, Taehyungie!"

A smile couldn't help but form on the older's face as Jungkook continued to engulf him in a tight embrace.

"I guess that's a way to greet someone." Taehyung chuckled, helping both of them up and back on their feet.

The other three arrived right not long after Jungkook.

The whole night was consisted of video games, movies, eating, and just teenage boys messing around, doing what they do.

Before they knew it, the end of the fun filled night was at its ending.

Taehyung and Jungkook laid in their sleeping bags that Namjoon provided, saying that they came from canceled camping plans.

"Did you have fun tonight, hyung? I hope you liked your birthday." Jungkook sleepily asked, facing the blonde as he snuggled deeper in his sleeping bag.

"I did, more than I originally thought I would." Taehyung let out a slight laugh before sighing. "Thanks for being a part of it, Kook. It means a lot."

"Of course." He yawned out, closing his eyes. "I'm always here for you."

"I can only hope." The blonde mumbled low enough so the later couldn't hear although he doubted that he could considering he was already basically asleep. "Night, bun."

"G'night."

Both males slowly drifted off to sleep, completely unaware of Hoseok who scrambled to his own sleeping bag, facing away from the two and soft sniffles barely muffled by the cover.
