Third Person POV: Storybrooke
The trigger has been activated and now all of Storybrooke is at risk. Killian walks in to his mother and Emma arguing. "From the mouths of babes," he says as he stands in the doorway, unable to enter.
When Charming hears him, he turns around and punches the pirate in the nose. "That's for the last time we met," he tells him. Charming takes out his gone. "Now tell us why you are here before I use something else other than my fist."
"I think threatening to kill me is a bit redundant when we are all about to die anyway," Killian whispers to him.
"No thanks to you," Emma exclaims, "Regina just told us you were working with Tamara and Greg to get your revenge."
Killian gives his mother a look of concern. Regina shakes her head, telling him the revenge bout against her was kept a secret. "Well, that was before they told me I had to die to get it," he replies as he looks at Emma.
Emma sighs, "We don't have time for this. We have a real problem."
"Which is why I'm here," Killian explains, "'cause staring death in the face has made me realize if there's one thing I want more than my revenge, it's my life. So should we start this thing now and then resume bickering?"
Regina steps forward. "There is no stopping it. The best thing I can do is slow it down, but that will only delay the inevitable."
"It'll give us the time we need," Charming says. Snow asks for what. "Steal back the beans," David tells her. "Use them to get everyone back into the Enchanted Forest before Storybrooke is gone."
"How?" Emma asks. "We don't even know where Greg and Tamara are."
"Well, I do. I can help," Killian answers their prayers.
"Help? You'd take all the beans and leave us behind. Why should we trust you?" Emma asks angrily. David tells his daughter that he would go with him and shoot the pirate if he tried to betray them.
"Quite hostile aren't we?" Killian asks jokingly.
Emma makes the game plan. Before she and Henry can leave, Regina stops Henry. She gives him a motherly talk. Killian watches annoyed at the scene before him. They embrace, making Killian jealous. Regina stays in the apartment after everyone else leaves. "Please promise me if I can't stop it, you'll leave with Henry," she asks.
After a moment of thought, Killian answers, "Yes."
On Neverland many years ago...
Killian watched as a boat full of boys row toward the Jolly Roger. Smee kept telling him that he had to hand the boy over. Baelfire had washed up aboard the Jolly Roger nights before. He told his first mate repeatedly no, for he was not afraid of Peter Pan. "He is the key to my revenge, I won't lose him," Killian told Smee as the Lost Boys climbed on board.
The vampire king stared at the one in front, who was skinny. That did not matter; what was on the inside was scarier. Killian could smell it off of him. This boy was a hybrid, a half vampire - half werewolf child. He was most likely the last one, for Killian's aunt had wiped the rest out.
"Do you know who we are?" the hybrid asked.
"You're the lost ones, you work for him," Hook answered. He could not mention Peter Pan as his brother-in-law in front of his crew.
"We're looking for a boy who was seen adrift nearby," the hybrid explained looking behind him. 'He knows,' Jerrard commented. Killian thought, 'He can probably smell him.' The hybrid turned back to the captain. "A boy he has a particular interest in," he continued to explain.
