*~Crescents POV~*

My body was lined beside Calum. I felt his hot breath on the back of my neck as he wrapped his arms around my waist from behind. "Goodnight." He murmured sleepily.

"Crescent!" Scar whined from outside the bedroom door. I shot out of bed so quickly that I probably gave Calum whiplash. He propped himself up on his elbow and tilted his head to the side. I gave an apologetic look before opening the door to see a puffy eyed Scarlet with Luke right behind her.

"What's wrong?" I asked alarmed.

"Mom's in the hospital. Critical condition." She sniffed.

"We're going back to Utah." I stated. Scarlet's mom is my second mother. I walked up to her and gave her a tight hug. I felt her actually shatter inside and start sobbing onto my shoulder.

"I'm getting your shirt wet." She laughed through tears.

"It's fine." I giggled through the tears welling up. I lifted my head to see Luke with wet eyes. It's insane how much he cares for her. I gave him a small smile. I definitely approve of Luke. He treats her so well. I let go of Scarlet and rubbed her arm supportingly.

"I already woke up the other boys and talked to them about going back to Utah. We just won't be opening a few shows for 1D." Luke nodded at Calum and I.

"Okay." I said quietly. Scarlet sniffed back down the hallway with Luke to their bedroom. I closed the door and walked back over to the bed. I laid down and resumed cuddling with Calum.

"Looks like I get to see your hometown. Meet some of your friends." He said softly.

"You're forgetting I was bullied. I don't have many people in my life. Scarlet is my only friend from back home. She isn't even considered my friend anymore. She's my sister." I gushed, closing my eyes. He kissed my forehead and agreed with me even though there was doubt in his voice.

There is Mason. He was one of my friends from school, but I hardly talk to him anymore. I knew when Calum had fallen asleep because his breathing got heavy. I didn't sleep. And I knew that down the hall, Scar wasn't sleeping either.

At around eight I leaned over and kissed Calum's cheek. "Time to wake up." I cooed in his ear. He stirred and looked over at me confused.

"We don't have to leave until tomorrow for our show- oh yeah. Utah." He sighed rubbing his face. I pecked his lips and got up to start packing my bags. I slid on some comfy clothes for the flight back home and loaded my bags into the awaiting car downstairs.

It took about an hour for everyone to be ready and climbing into the limo. I sat beside Calum and snuggled up against him. He put his arm around my shoulders and brought his lips to my forehead. I love his presence. It's a sense of security and warmth. I placed my hand over his other hand that was resting on my thigh and massaged his knuckles. He smiled against my forehead. "I love you so much." He whispered.

"EeeeeeeWWWWW!" Michael shrieked.

"Oh shut up." Ashton laughed "let them be all lovey and gross." As if on cue, I pressed my lips to Calum's lips. He smirked and cupped my cheeks in his hands. I giggled lightly and kissed him back.

"Get it!" Scarlet laughed from the seat beside me. I leaned over and smacked her but couldn't keep from laughing when she hit me back. It took a few hours to get on the plane. The plane ride would take a little over ten hours. When we got in our seats I wrapped my arms around Calum and fell asleep. I woke up to him nudging me.

"Yeah? Are we landing?" I asked looking out the window confused.

"Nope. We still have four hours left. I'm lonely." He pouted. I intertwined my fingers with his.
I checked my phone with my free hand and noticed I had a Twitter and Instagram notification from Calum.

"Oh god." I laughed as I pulled up a picture of me asleep on his shoulder and him sticking his tongue out at me.

"You look like a little kitten when you sleep." He laughed. I shoved him playfully.

"Go to sleep and quit taking pictures of me!" I laughed. He just sat and stared at me with a small smile on his face. I shoved him again and then pulled him closer to me. I held his hand in both of mine and played with his fingers while he fell asleep. The rest of the flight I just sat and looked out the window, letting my thoughts carry me away.

When we landed we got our bags quickly and got in the waiting limo to head to my house. My mom said that sense Scarlet's mom, Arden, was in the hospital, all of the boys and Scar could just stay at our house. The only problem is my dad. He hates me dating anyone and unless he's kept up with teenage girl 5SOS news, he doesn't know I'm dating Calum.

"What's wrong babe?" Calum asked quietly as he placed a hand on my knee to stop my leg from shaking.

"Nothing." I smiled. He shook his head at me. "What time is it?" I asked to change the subject.

"2:00 pm. We gained eight hours." He nodded.

"I'm already exhausted." I yawned. Before I knew it we were pulling up to my house. I'm so excited to see my mom. It's been forever. She came running out the front door as soon as I stepped out of the limo and practically tackled me with hugs and kisses. After I recovered from that, I introduced everyone. "Mom, this is Ashton, Calum, Luke, and Michael." I smiled.,"Boys, this is my mom Angela."

Calum came up and hugged my mom. Before he walked away I saw her whisper something in his ear. My dad came walking out the door and I once again had to introduce people. "Nice to meet you, Blake." Calum nodded, shaking my fathers hand cautiously. My dad shook his hand, but looked a bit confused at why Calum stepped up to him like that. Apparently he doesn't know.

Great.

My mom knows because I tell her everything. But I'm dreading my dad knowing. We got everyone situated (assigning rooms, mom went over some house rules, etc). By the time everything was settled, it was getting dark outside. We all decided to go see Arden tomorrow. My mom and dad had already went off to bed. The rest of us were sitting in the basement.

"I want to show you something." I whispered to Calum.

"Okay." He said confused. I grabbed his hand and climbed up the stairs to the first floor. I pulled a big sleeping bag out of the cubby. I opened the back door and then closed it softly behind us. Calum didn't say anything. He just let me guide him into the woods behind our house. I found the switch that my father hooked up from the house's electricity when I was a little girl and flipped it on.

We were suddenly surrounded by what appeared to be floating shimmery little crystals, but was really just small Christmas lights designed to look like small crystals hanging everywhere. I heard Calum gasp. I turned back to him and smiled, his face slightly lit by the surrounding lights. I stood on my tip-toes and kissed his nose.

I grabbed his hand once more and took him to my old tree house that was still in perfect shape. It was the kind that was made like a small house. It had a door, a window, a light, and two rooms. One of the rooms were set up where you could plug stuff in. Make it a kitchen. I didn't use it much.

We climbed up to the place and walked inside. Even I had to bend over a bit to get inside, and I'm short. I laid the sleeping bag down after locking the door and climbed inside it. "I have a feeling your dad doesn't know about us." Calum whispered as he climbed into the sleeping bag. "What would he do if he saw this?"

"Kill me." I giggled. He shook his head before kissing me gently.

"I love you so much." He murmured against my lips.

"I love you too." I smiled before pulling away. I laid up against him, with my head on his chest. All I could hear as I fell asleep was his heart beating softly.
