Chapter :trying hard

-Candy's POV-

I walk around in my stall for a little while. I see a guard go by holding all the keys then he falls down to the ground. I see dark purple hair with navy streaks first in three side pony tails. It's my cousins Rai, Ali and Jaycee from SSO.

"Hey it's your rescue party.."Ali says who like my other cousins is wearing black mesh short shorts and a black spaghetti strap tank top.

I stay silent while Rai gets the keys off of the mans finger and unlocks the door or tried to there were 60ish different keys and she used the wrong one she was going to try another then my fourteen year old cousins are dragged in to the dark abyss in front of me.

-Veronica's POV-

We rode with Brother Falspar for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Finally we got to a small hollow with a fire put in the middle and a soft fern bed with a rock pillow. He got off with Sapphire in his arms and gently lays her down in the fern bed making sure that her head was squarely under her head. He then walked over to a log and near the fire pit and sat down. He looked over at Lora and I just standing there by the horses.

"Sit" he called to us and we did.

"So..." I say awkwardly.

"I need you to help me get Flora out of spiritual state and in return I will teach Sapphire how to use and communicate with Faris" he explains quickly "Are you in?"

"Yes!" I exclaim

"Oh, really" a voice says making us all jump. "All of a sudden you make all the decisions" Sapphire is talking from the tree she is leaning up against. "Cause I'm sorry but i thought we were supposed to be working together"

"Sapphire" I called "it is what is best for all of us right now"

"One second" Falspar said and walked over to Sapphire. "Look at me" he said to here and she looked into his light green eyes.

"Help me" she called out suddenly scared.

"It's alright" he gently said "Find love. Not hate... love" then he grabbed her and wrapped her in a huge hug.

"I am so sorry" she sobbed into his shoulder.

"Don't be sorry" he said pulling back and kneeling down to be eye level with Sapphire "I am here to help"

-Aragorn's POV-

"Arwen, please stop" I call to her from my cell "your talk of hope and faith is not helping me this moment but thank you for trying"

"Fine" she said "be with your thoughts and see where that get's us"

I smacked my forehead in absolute annoyance. She can really get on my nerves sometimes.

"Kili! Fili!" I whisper yelled.

"She was here!" they whisper yelled back in unison.

"She was here!" I called "why didn't you tell me sooner!"

"Kind of difficult in our situation" they called back this time a little off on timing.

"Well. Well. Well." A guard called to us smirking.

"Oh..." Kili looked to the back of his cell.

"Yeah! Oh is right you fools!" he snarled "who is 'she' that you talk about?" he questioned.

"My friend" Kili said trying not to tremble in fear.

"Fine!" the guard snapped "let's just leave it at that"

-Sapphire's POV-

"What do I have to do?" I question as Brother Falspar puts me in a position in a circle of ferns.

"Just um... think in your mind and try to connect to your inner self" he explained.

"Ok. I'll try" I mumble.

I let my mind free and started to try to communicate with my inner self. Suddenly I was dragged from consciousness and brought to a navy blue room with no doors.

"Hello?" I called out.

"They pay! They pay for taking friends, and family!" I voice hissed from a dark corner.

"Umm... hi." I started awkwardly toward the corner "can you show yourself? Maybe I can help"

"You" it growled "no help!"

"Well can you at least please come out?" I called. Slowly it did and I didn't know what to do other than scream.

The thing looked exactly like me except for some differences. This included charred skin all over the face arms and legs, and also black hair that floated ever so slightly above its head.

"Who are you?" I question it as it looks at me and growls.

"You cannot help!" it yelped before jumping at me.

It threw me against a wall and started to punch. One hit my nose sending blood flowing out and I knew it was broken. Then with 2 more punches it gave me a bloody lip and a black eye. I closed my eyes and it all stopped, then I opened them and looked up. It raised its leg and kicked my stomach and I fell to the ground on my hands and knees coughing up blood.

"Who are you, you monster?" I asked blood flowing out of my lips.

"Your worse nightmare!" it snarled then whisked off into thin air and I fell back into consciousness.

"Sapphire" quiet voices whispered in my ear "Sapphire" all of a sudden they were at regular voice level.

"Ughhhh" I groaned. "I had the worst dream last night" suddenly I felt something sticky on my bottom lip (remember that this whole time I have my eyes closed). My eyes flew open and I looked up to see Brother Falspar hovering over me with medical tools dabbing at my bloody wounds and putting cream on my bruises.

"What happened?" he asked.

"Faris happened!" I growled softly and told him the whole thing.
