It's been years since the disappearance of the I.G.B. and the crime rate in the world has increased but there's been no sign of the Tar Monster and his crew. The world mourns the loss of their saviors and goes into a deep silence, not knowing what's to come next and what will come of the humans of the world. Nobody knows that they are just for now in secret, in the movies people are watching, the books they're reading and the legends passed down from generation to generation.
