I sat at the table in the far corner with Hermione and Neville while I worked on my care of magical creatures essay for Hagrid. The two were currently reading through potions books trying get good information for Neville's essay.

"Anne there you are!" Lee Jordan's voice made me jump.

I turned my head to see him smiling at me "hey Lee."

"Haven't has the chance to talk to you yet. Feeling alright?" He asked

"I feel much better yeah." I smiled

"Fred's been worrying. About a lot of things." Lee sighed his smile fading

"What's he been saying?" I asked curious

"He's been acting like Professor Lupin's trying to steal you." Lee shook his head "He's always had a thing for you and now he's just well he's jealous."

"I caught on to that. George says he's doing better." I said

"He has been better. It's worse during. Well you know." Lee looked at me pointedly

"He knows me better than that." I sighed

"Believe me I know. That doesn't stop his mind from wondering though. I know you wouldn't just do it to do it. Even if your dating someone. Last night was bad for him though. And I know Neville doesn't want to hear any of this"

"Oh no. I'm okay. She's her own person." Neville said

"Okay. I'm sorry you have to hear this anyway Neville. Anne when Percy told him you were staying with Lupin last night he was angry. Very angry. He said things that he didn't mean. He said that if you ended up with child he was going to well he was going to off Lupin. In the worst way" Lee said

"Fred knows me better than that! I'm not going to get pregnant while I'm in school!" I shouted

"I know you value your studies love. He's hurt. Anne Fred is crazy about you. I know its a little late to be telling you that but it's true. He's angry that Lupin came in and all the sudden his shot is gone. He wrote me this summer and told me that this was the year he'd finally tell you how he felt. Now he can't put you through that." Lee said

"Well Harry like I said your mother would be proud." Remus' voice made me jump

"I'm glad you told me this Lee. I'm gonna have to talk to Fred. Tomorrow. I have to much to do tonight. Thank you." I said

"I'm sorry. I thought you should know before any Rumors start." Lee said sadly

"I know Lee. You're a good friend." I said

"What's going on?" Remus asked from behind me

"I'll tell you on the way" I said gathering my papers and books.

"Okay." Remus said picking up my bag.

"Again Lee Thank you." I said

"You're welcome. Go on. I'll tell Fred you want a word tomorrow yeah?" He asked

"Please." I nodded

Lee nodded and strode away.

Hermione put her hand over mine before I could get up. "Everything will work out."

"Thank you." I smiled

"If you need a girl to talk to you know Ginny and I are always around." Hermione smiled

"I know." I smiled and got up to walk out with Remus
