The House

"So, we know this about the location," said Ashes as he pulled up a hologram on a table. "The address is a house in Sedention close to the rumored impact site for the shockwave. The house is a ranch style house with a bar next to it. There's rumors about a tunnel connecting the two but nothing concrete. It's tight in there and we'll have to keep our operation discrete. So compact and quiet."

"Got it," said Cross as she grabbed an AR-57 PDW. Her PDW had a suppressor, for-grip, laser aiming module, red dot scope, and a shoulder sling.

"I'll handle this, keep close," said Halo as she grabbed an M1014 shotgun and M9A1 pistol. Her shotgun had a for-grip, a suppressor, a laser aiming module, and a shoulder sling. Her pistol had a suppressor and laser aiming module.

"When'd you get so brave?" Asked Inferno, grabbing her Mk. 18 Mod. 0 carbine and attached a suppressor to her M45. Her carbine had a suppressor, laser aiming module, for-grip, a red dot sight, and a shoulder sling.

"It's a technique I read about. I'm giving it a shot to try and make me not feel bad about everything we're doing... Results are mixed at best," said Halo.

"Let me know how it goes fully. I might have to try it," said Inferno.

"Da, maybe I forget too," said Nul'.

"Maybe," said Ashes as he pulled out an M4A1 carbine and attached a suppressor onto his M45. His carbine had a suppressor, laser aiming module, red dot sight, for-grip, and shoulder sling.

"Nul', take a higher position outside and give us cover. Inferno, you're with me on the west side of the house. Halo, Cross, you're on the east side of it. We'll sweep in and clear the area. We're there to find evidence and information about who's helping out this group," said Ashes.

"Let's do this shit," said Cross. They activated their UNDs and teleported to the house. Nul' was positioned on one of the roofs of a business building a block away from the house. Ashes and Inferno were on the west side of the house while Cross and Halo were on the east side. "Alright, we're ready," said Ashes as he got next to the door.

"Da, I see nothing unusual, tangos scattered inside," said Nul' as he looked through his thermals, seeing a few figures inside of the building.

"Got it, let's do this," said Ashes. He swung open the door and Cross took aim. "Hands up," said Cross as she pointed her weapon at a Sinderlo in the living room. "Don't move." The individual slowly raised their arms as Ashes and Inferno came in, securing the area.

"Secure him," said Cross.

"On it," said Halo as she came in. She frisked the Sinderlo and found an M9 pistol and a bag of Cardactimine pills in his pocket. "Where'd you get these?" Asked Halo.

"I... um..." said the Sinderlo.

"Hold it," said Ashes as he opened a room as Inferno took aim. There was a series of crates filled with Cardactimine and a few armed Sinderlos. They quickly surrendered as Ashes searched the creates. "Argh... Fuck..." said the Sinderlo in the front room.

"Let's clear the rest of the rooms first, then get intel," said Ashes.

"On it boss," said Cross as she restrained the Sinderlo in the first room with zip-ties. They cleared the house, searching the area for anything else.

"Now, since we're all together now, where'd you get the drugs?" Asked Ashes to the group. "Don't give me any obvious excuses. Now, where'd you get the drugs?"

"You got a warrant?" Asked one of the Sinderlos.

"Net, they have me," said Nul' as he walked through the door.
