3 pairs of shoes, 2 shirts, 4 pairs of jeans, and 3 dresses later we are on the road back to my house. This is why I don't go to the mall with Rae. I only went to appease her, and get my mind off my literature teacher. Not to go spend almost $300. I needed everything I got though.

Well, I didn't need 3 dresses, but I couldn't decide. I fell in love with those 3, they're all so different. So I got one for the party, which I'm not supposed to know about. I got one for Homecoming, and one for winter formal. As I pull into my driveway, Rae gasps beside me.

I know it's not for my driving. I look over at her, and see her staring past me out the window. Her mouth is open, and her eyes look like they're going to jump out of her head. She's moving her mouth, but there's no sound coming out. I turn my head to see what has Raeghyn Ryan speechless.

"Holy..." Rae starts when she finally manages to re-gain the use of her vocal cords.

"Shit..." I finish for her, staring out the window in shock. I can feel the color creep up my neck, and onto my face. I try to tear my gaze away, but I can't. My brain and my body have apparently become disconnected.

"It's rude to stare." Rae says beside me.

"Well then stop staring." I tell her without turning my head. I know she hasn't stopped looking either.

"I can't... he is so hot!"

"I know," I sigh, "He isn't making this any easier on me. Why doesn't he just do like normal people and go to the car wash?"

"Maybe he wants to save money."

"It only cost like what $8.00, you know that he can afford that." I tell her, still staring out my car window.

"Well, maybe he's just protecting his paint job. The automated car washes can scratch your paint sometimes." I finally manage to tear my eyes away from my half-naked teacher. I now turn my gaze on Rae. Giving her my best are-you-serious look, she smiles at me sheepishly.

"Rae, you're not helping." I tell her, opening my door, and popping the trunk. The one negative about my car... No back seat.

"Oh come on, tell me that you don't mind watching Mr. Knight, bare chested, in nothing but board shorts washing his car. Tell me that you don't mind watching that." She tells me motioning her hand towards him.

I turn my head back, to take in Ethan's chiseled chest and abs. He had the definition, picture perfect 6 pack. Hell, I think he had more than a 6 pack. I feel my heart skip a beat, and there's a flutter in my stomach as millions of butterflies emerge.

"It's not that I don't like looking. It's the way that I feel when I look at him."

"It's not a bad thing to think that a teacher's hot Sky, or to be attracted to one. The only person who wouldn't be attracted to that would have to not have a pulse. Hell, I bet that man could bring the dead back to life." She tells me, and I can't help but laugh. If anyone could I bet he could.

"I know that Rae, but this isn't just a crush or infatuation. It's not just a small attraction. I feel things for him that I haven't felt before." I turn in my seat to face her, so that my back is facing my slightly open door. She looks at me, a serious expression on her face.

"What are we talking Sky? Are we talking sparklers, laser light show, or fireworks?"

"Fireworks, it might be more than fireworks." Rae looks at me a smile spreading across her face. Without warning she lets out a scream, and lunges towards me. I try to scream to tell her no, but it was too late.

I fall backwards from her impact, the force sending my back slamming against my car door. A door that in any other circumstance would keep someone from falling out of the car, if it was closed, mine however wasn't.
