Something hard hit my chest. I look down to see Karkat in my arms again. "Did I fuck up?" his hold got tighter.

"No, you did the right thing." I used my hand to make him look at me. "If he was a stone cold killer he deserved to go to prison, for life at that." I pet his hair to calm him down. He starts to purr again. "Heh... cute"

"Not cute... its a curse.."

"How so?"

"People use it to manipulate me, tell me what to do, or get it so they can take me somewhere."

"Well they're just a bunch of dicks."

I wait by Karkat's locker for what seems like hours. Suddenly a boy with two-toned eyes comes up. He had double horns, red and blue glasses, black pants, black and white shoes, and a gemini shirt. Weirdo. "Hello are you friiden2 wiith KK?"

"Karkat."

"Yes, I would say I am."

"Do you know where he ii2?"

"Nah, I'm just waiting for him at his locker." All of a sudden there a small figure running towards us. As it comes closer I can mark out the messy hair, nub horns, and the cancer sweater. Its Karkat! But he seems scared. "Kitkat, you okay?" I ask as he stops right behind me.

"Fuckers are trying to beat me up.'

"Whom?" He then points at two boys about 5'7 laughing at him. "Be right back." I set down Karkat and walked up to the two fuckboys. "Listen here."

"Oh no it's the new kid! Hahaha."

"Hahaha all you want. You don't know my past as I don't know yours. I suggest you leave Karkat a lone or things will get messy."

"So scared~" I then grabbed one by their shirt and held him up.

"Scared yet?" I then kicked his dick. "Stay down" I then drop the guy onto the cold hard carpet floor. I walk back to Karkat and that Sollux dude and smirk a bit. "I think you're okay."

"Did you cut them?"

"No"

"Yo, can we stop standing here and get a move on? The buses already left."

"I can get Dirk to pick us up."

"Oh gog." Karkat soon went on a tangent about these things about quadrants and how they 'split up relationships so it's easier to understand' while walking to the front of the school.

"Dude, for us we only have one and it combines all of those 'quadrants'"
