Later that day, I make my way into Samuel's room. He's, surprisingly, not in the bed when I walk in. I furrow my eyebrows, in confusion. He must be in the bathroom. I glance over at the bathroom door. It's open. Is he okay? He is probably just fine....he was in his room by himself, therefore, it is perfectly normal for him to leave the bathroom door open. I stand, awkwardly, for about ten minutes and then I, mentally, freak out a little bit. What if he fell? What if he is passed out on the floor? Wouldn't he scream for me if he fell? He might be embarrassed to tell me if he did fall....That's it. I'm going into that bathroom.
My eyes widen at what I see when I barge in. Sebastian is completely naked sitting on the special seat that his parents got for him to sit on when he takes a shower. How did I not hear the water running? He has the shower door closed, but it's clear glass and I can see his naked body very clearly. He has a rag and he is wiping down his body, thoroughly. He has no idea that I'm just standing here staring at him like an idiot. I'm beginning to think that I have a staring problem, but only when it comes to Samuel it seems.....
He's still very fit and he is, also, still quite tan even though he never goes outside anymore. He still hasn't noticed me. I need to make a run for it....I start to turn back around, but then I hear something drop in the shower. My heart stops for a split second. I peek my head back into the bathroom. It looks like he dropped the shampoo he was about to use to wash his hair. I look at his face. He sighs and looks up at the ceiling and closes his eyes, as if he is just over his whole situation. My heart goes out to him and without thinking twice I step into the bathroom and walk towards the shower. I don't want to completely startle him, so I knock on the shower to get his attention. His eyes dart over to me. His face turns red in embarrassment. I keep my eyes focused on his face. "I'll grab that for you." I tell him. He doesn't say anything he just keeps looking at me. I open the door to the shower. Not caring that I'm about to get wet, I reach into the shower and grab the shampoo for him. I lift back up. "Here you go." I hand him the shampoo. I'm still half-way in the shower. The water is hitting against me and I don't even care. I'm trying my very best to keep my eyes focused on his face, but I'm kind of failing at it....being this close to him makes it difficult. I know that my eyes are betraying me and I am aware of his eyes watching my eyes betray me. Without taking his eyes off of mine, he reaches down and grabs my right hand. He flips my hand over and then proceeds to squirt some of the shampoo into my hand. Then he removes his hand away from mine and places the shampoo back where it goes. I gulp. Did he just do what I think that he just did?
Using my left hand, I step out of the shower for a quick moment to take off my shoes. Then, I step into the shower, behind him, fully clothed. The shower is not small at all. It's very big. Therefore, there is plenty of room, yet why does this feel so intimate? Maybe it's because you are in a shower with your sisters ex-fiancé, he is completely naked, and you are about to wash his hair.....
