Chapter 50

I must be having a nightmare because my life seriously can NOT be real right now. What has my sister become? I knew she was bad, but this just takes the cake. And what in the world does she have hanging over Samuel's head? My mind comes up blank when I try to think of possible scenarios.

         It's crazy how Samuel has come to mean so much to me in so little time. The night that he proposed to Brittany seems like a lifetime ago....I have always thought that Samuel was attractive. I remember blushing when he spoke to me the first time that Brittany brought him over to the house and all he said to me was "Hey." I don't even think that I said anything back to him. I'm not sure if I responded to him at all. I normally stay away from all of Brittany's boy toys. Why didn't I stay away from this one? If I had I would not be dealing with all of this mess.

My phone starts ringing again.....Part of me just wants to throw it against the wall and break it. I haven't been getting ANY good phone calls lately.

"Hello?" I answer, angrily.

"It's me again." Brittany coos from the other end of the phone.

I sigh.

I hang up on her.

I'm over this.

I'm going to change my number tomorrow. I shake my head and turn my phone off completely.
