Call Me Chase

Chapter 7

*There is a time jump this chapter*
**this is a bit of a slow chapter i think its pretty cute though**
***Chase is now 7 weeks pregnant***

Chase's POV:

Its been a week since i found out theres a little human in me. I havent tried to go back home to talk to my mom. I went over while she was at work to gather some clothes. Sofia and Drew had made me quiet at home. We all decided it was time for me to talk to my mom and see whether or not she was going to kick me out or if i could go back home. My alarm went off its 6am. I look over at Drew and smile, hes still sleeping.
Its my mom's day off so I'll go talk to her later. I think its Sofia's day off too so i tiptoe down to her room to check. Her door is open so i poke my head in. Shes asleep too.
I made my way downstairs to the kitchen. I was craving chocolate and French toast. So i decided to serve chocolate French toast with a side of eggs and sausage for Drew, Sofia, and I. I preped everything and started cooking. I finished cooking at about 7am. It smelled amazing. Drew and Sofia were still sleeping so i set the table for the three of us at the dining room table and put all the food in the center of the table. I guess maternal insticts were kicking in. Is that how that works? I dont know. Its 7:15am and i decide to go wake Sofia and Drew up before the food gets cold. I walk into Drew's bedroom and sit on the bed
"Baby wake up i made breakfast" i said softly poking his face. He rolled onto his back and stretched. He opened his eyes and smiled at me.
"I'll be down in 5 baby" with that i gave him a kiss and walked down the hall to Sofia's room. I knocked lightly on the door. "Sofia, I made breakfast." I knocked again lightly. "Ill be down in a few" she responded groggily. I turned around and walked back downstairs. Drew tailing behind me.
"Sit down babe" i said as i guided him to a seat. And went to the cabinet for cups. He sat and Sofia came in and took a place at the table.
Chase: "Sofia, coffee O.J. or milk?"
Sofia: "coffee please"
Chase: "Drew, coffee O.J. or milk?"
Drew: "O.J. thank you babe"
I poured Drew his orange juice and me and Sofia coffee and sat down at the table.
We talked about me going to sort things out. Drew says that he will start to clean things up and put stuff away so that if worse comes to worst we can move my things in too. In attempts to lighten the conversation Sofia suggests that me moving in is the perfect opportunity for us to sell and donate some stuff we dont need anymore. I agreed.
After we eat Drew volunteers to do dishes, Sofia and I make no objections.
Sofia: "so you want to have a gender reveal party and a baby shower?"
Chase: "i mean not two parties. Thats a bit much. I think that we should just have a third person arrange the way we do the reveal and maybe live stream it on each of our social medias"
Drew: "how about no party for gender reveal we just invite invite family and friends over to experience it with us. As a hang out"
Sofia: "that would work! We can send invites for each at the same time. The gender reveal can be as simple as a BBQ or just a movie night"
I thought about it for a second before responding
"I like that idea"
Sofia begins to try and organize everything but i tell her its way too soon and i have to get ready to see my mom. She agrees and i go upstairs and get ready for the day ahead. Its going to be a long one.
