Chapter seventeen- date night

Lizas pov
I woke up and rolled over to see mason and David sleeping together. It was the cutest thing ever. David was only in his boxers and mason was only in his diaper. I just love the colour of their skin on each other. I love how white it makes David look and I love how tanned it makes mason look.
I just looked lovingly at my boys for what must have been at least half an hour, before they woke up. As soon as mason opened his eyes, he stretched his arms out to me wanting a cuddle. "Morning mace" I said hugging him against my chest. He mumbled in return, wrapping his arms around my neck. "I love you mace" I said running my hands through his overgrown curly hair. "Love you moma" he replied resting his head against my shoulder.
I looked over at David and he was just waking up. I put one of my arms over his shoulders and rested on of my hands on his chest. "Morning babe" he said in the sexiest sleepy tone.
All three of us snuggled in bed for a while before mason got hungry so we headed downstairs and David made pancakes.
We all ate together around the table together, which was so nice because we got a nice chance to talk and mason was being super cute.
After breakfast we got dressed for the day. I was wearing a white cropped off the shoulder shirt with some blue skinny jeans, David was wearing a black sweater and jeans and mason was wearing a red shirt and some black pants.
Today we are going to see Kristen, Scott and Keira, and then me and David are going on a date night as my mom is in town so she offered to babysit. I got mason ready to leave, putting on his shoes and giving him his backpack of toys which he insists on taking everywhere but I let him because he looks so cute in the oversized backpack. "Dave come on we gotta go" I shouted to David. He came downstairs and put his shoes on before grabbing his, phone wallet and Tesla keys.

When we arrived at Kristen and Scott's I got so excited. Honestly Kiera is the cutest baby I've seen, other than mason. David got mason out of the car and held his hand down the pathway. When I got to the door I knocked twice. It took a couple minutes for Scott to open it but when he did, he had no shirt on and a cloth over his shoulder. His hair was messy and he had bags under his eyes. We then heard the high pitched cry of Kiera and as I walked through to the living room, Kristen was holding her baby girl also with messy hair and bags under her eyes. "She won't stop crying, it's killing me" was the first thing Kristen said to me. "I know it's so hard but I promise it's worth it" i said trying to give her hope. I lifted Kiera out of Kristen's  arms and slowly rocked her. David, Scott and mason we're still chatting at the door but mason soon came running to me chanting "kera kera" which meant he wanted to see Keira. Once she had quietened down a little I sat on the sofa next to Kristen and she pulled mason up so he was sitting on her knee and so he could see Keira. He lightly put his hand on her and gently gave her a hug. It's unbelievable how good he is with her. When she was only a couple days old he was a bit more rough with her but now he knows that she is only little and he knows he has to take care of her.
It's so adorable to see mason in a older sibling role. He would be so good, but for some reason the world doesn't want to give him a younger sibling yet which I'm still trying hard not to loose my mind over, or let anxiety take over.
After half an hour of cuddling Keira, I gave her to Kristen for a feed before David got a turn to hold her.
Seeing David with Kiera actually makes me way more emotional than I should be. She looks so tiny in his big warm arms and it's the cutest thing ever. My eyes welled up a little before I forced the tears away, but I had to take a few pictures of him holding her as it's so cute. I even got a picture of mason standing next to david as they both looked down at her. I posted that one on Instagram as it's too cute not too.
Before we left I got one quick last cuddle with Keira. I looked at her cute little features. She had brown wispy hair and dark brown eyes and she looks almost exactly like Kristen. I kissed her little head and passed her back to Kristen. "We better get going then" I said standing up" "Okay bye guys, thanks for coming" Kristen said standing up and hugging me, then mason. I hugged Kristen once more and so did mason, along with kissing Kiera's head once more.
We left and went to get food at a cute little restaurant that's just opened in town. I ordered a pizza to share with mason and some fries and David got a burger and fries. We all ate and sang to the music that was playing through the speakers, which did nearly get us thrown out.

We got home at 3pm which gave me two hours to get ready for tonight. David watched mason as he only takes half an hour to get dressed. I decided I would have half an hour for a shower, half an hour to do makeup, half an hour for hair and then getting dressed will take about fifteen minutes. I can then watch mace whilst David gets dressed.
I headed upstairs and ran the shower. I got in and washed my hair twice and conditioned it then washed my body before getting out and drying off. I put on my robe and then sat down to do my makeup. I did a super sexy look which I knew would make David go mad which is the look I'm going for. I then did my hair so imma curls would stand out and let them just hang on my shoulder as my hair was now almost the length of what it once was back in 2017. I looked at myself in the mirror. 'I'm going to make David go crazy' I thought to myself. I then walked over to the closet and went through all of my dresses. I flicked through every single one and couldn't find one that would suit the occasion so instead I looked at my drawer of body suits and looked at the skirts I had. After a long time of looking I decided on a black body suit with lace on the front and a black and white pencil skirt. I dressed into it and looked on the mirror once more before going down to David and mason.
As I walked into the playroom where mason and David were sitting cuddling, David looked up and his jaw literally dropped. "Holy crap babe, you look amazing" he said standing up and placing mason on the sofa where he was sitting. He walked over to me and kissed me. "Babe, I have lipstick on" I complained as we broke apart. As he was looking into my eyes I felt mason cling to my leg. I looked down at him "Mommy pretty" he said smiling up at me. I picked him up and balanced him onto my hip and kissed his cheek. "You are the sweetest and cutest little boy in the world you know that?" I said to him. He smiled sweetly at me again. What did I do to deserve this little boy.
David walked down the stairs around half an hour later in black pants and a black shirt. Despite his outfit being pretty basic he looked so hot. As soon as he got to me our lips connected, god I love this man more than anything in the worlds.
We waited another 15 before leaving. My mom had arrived a few minutes ago. "Liza you look so gorgeous" she said kissing my cheek when she came in. "I'm the luckiest person in the world" David chimed in. I mom gave David a hug and kiss on the cheek too. I love the relationship of them to it's super cute.
We got in an Uber, as we were going to drink and when we got to the restaurant it was so fancy and cool. We walked in and were seated at our table. We ordered food and drinks and talked as we waited.
"Dave" I said kind of nervously. "Yeah babe" he said taking my hand over the table and circling the back of my hand with his thumb, calming me instantly. "I think we should stop trying, just for a while" I said not wanting to look at him invade he was mad. I could feel his eyes on me even though I wasn't looking. "Hey Liza" he said in a soft tone. "It's okay babe, I totally agree. I think it's best that we take a break from trying because I know how much it's affecting your anxiety. As long as you're happy, I am babe you know that" he said. I was so happy he said that. He always know what to say and exactly how to say it. "Thanks baby I love you so much" I said looking into his big deep brown eyes. "I love you too" he replied. We talked and talked for the rest of the night. About life, about when we are actually going to get married, about future babies and future baby names, we joked and made puns and just had an amazing time together. After a while we called an Uber. We were a little drunk but not much.
When we got home, I hugged and said goodbye to my mom and waved her off as she was staying in a local hotel. As soon as I shut the door David kissed my lips passionately, we kissed for so long it turned into a make out and our make out turned into so much more. I love David more than anything but I love his kissing even more.
