Chapter 3- new years news

Lizas pov
I woke up to David staring at me. "What are you looking at" I laughed putting my hand on his jawline. "Your pretty face" he replied smiling at me with his big ass goofy smile. "I look like a little boy" I laughed. "You're my little boy" David said, he then realised how weird it sounded and we burst into fits of laughter.
As we talked some more, we heard masons cry telling us that it was time to get up, David took one for the team and dragged himself out of bed to get mason.
A few minutes later he returned with my messy haired baby boy in his arms. "Morning mason" I said. "Mommy!" He said running across the bed and cuddling me. "Mason do you want breakfast?" David asked. "Yes" he said walking back over to David. "Mommy come?" He asked pointing to me. "Yeah I'm coming with you little man" I said getting out of bed. We walked downstairs and went through the the kitchen. David poured mason some toasted rice and he cut up a banana for him. He put it on masons plate and set it at the table. As mason ate me and David just had smoothies and when mace was done we got dressed for the day.
I was wearing one of my introvert tshirts, tucked into some blue ripped jeans. David was wearing a vlog squad t shirt and some jeans and we dressed mason into a black and white striped romper that said "just chill and I also put some converse on him.

For most of the day we chilled together and watched movies but we also had to prepare because Kristen and scotty were coming over tonight for a little New Years party. It's not exactly a party though it's just kind of a small celebration.
Soon we are going to see the rest of the 'squad' even though I hate using that term. It's been quite a while since we saw them considering we have been pretty caught up with having a kid. I'm quite scared it's going to be really awkward but I think it will be fine. Some people have met mason but others hadn't even met him yet. David has filmed almost every week with them all but I haven't which was kinda scary.
"Liza" David called snapping me out of my thoughts. "Yeah" I replied spinning round and walking over to him. "Who were you talking to?" He asked laughing. "What to you mean?" I replied confused. "Who were you talking to over there?" He asked. "Was I talking out loud?" I asked blushing yet laughing. "I couldn't hear what you were saying" David said laughing. "I was thinking about seeing our friends after so long. I'm kinda scared." I explained. " they will still love you just as much as they did, and they will love our little  mason too" he replied putting his arm around me. I nodded and cuddled into him. "If I didn't have you I'd probably be talking to myself as I walk the streets" I laughed.

As the day went by, we played with mason and prepared for Kristen and Scotty to come. They were staying in the spare room so we had it all set out for them. We were also planning on filming a couple of videos with them which was going to be fun.
As we had fun with mason, time went on and we heard a knock at the door, showing that Kristen and scotty were here. I opened the door and hugged Kristen and scotty before giving mason to them for a hug with him. David immediately had his camera out vlogging them. Kristen looked happy but I knew there was something off about her.
She then handed mason quickly back to me and ran inside and vomited into the toilet. "Shit Kristen" scotty said running after her. David quickly put his camera away and we followed them inside. I put mason into his play room and put a show on to distract him.
I then went through to the bathroom to see if Kristen was okay. "You good Kristen?" David asked as she finished throwing up. "Yeah, I'm good now" she replied. "Do you wanna go home?" Scott asked her. "No I feel fine now" she said getting up weakly. "Kristen this has been happening for a week" he said in concern. "I know, it's just a sickness my mom had it last week." She replied. "Hey do you guys wanna go to your room for a while, just have a nap or something?" I suggested. "Yes please" Scott replied holding Kristens hand and walking to their room.
Me and David exchanged looks before we went to get mason. "Sorry buddy" I said opening the door to the playroom and letting him run to me. I picked him up and kissed his cheek. "tt?" He asked cutely. "Auntie Kristen is sick bud" I told him. Mason couldn't really say auntie or Kristen so he just stuck with tt which was pretty cute. He looked sad and then squirmed to get down. He ran over to his toy box and pulled out his favorite teddy bear. "tt" he said holding up the bear. "You wanna take that to auntie Kristen?" I asked him. He nodded and began walking to kristens room. "Wait bud i think she's sleeping" I said. He came back and frowned. "I'll tell you when" I told him leading him back to the playroom.
After an hour, I let mason take his toy to Kristen. I held his hand as we walked through to their room. I knocked lightly on the door and pushed it open. Kristen was cuddled into Scott and he had his lips pressed to her head. "How are you feeling?" I asked as mason ran over to the bed. I lifted him onto the bed and he placed the toy next to Kristen before cuddling her.
The relationship between mason and Kristen is so adorable. He loves her so much and seeing her sick just makes him love her even more.
"Did you get some sleep?" I asked sitting down on the end of the bed. "Yeah I got about half an hour, I feel fine now" she replied. "Hey Scott" I said getting his attention. "Yeah" he said looking at me. "Could you take mason to david while I just talk to Kristen for a minute" I asked knowing Kristen had something she wasn't telling me. "Yeah sure, is everything okay?" He asked "oh yeah it's all fine, I just want to talk to her for a minute" I said. Scott kisses kristens head one more time before picking up mason and leaving.
"Okay, so what's going on?" I asked Kristen moving closer. She looked at me and burst into tears. I instantly pulled her into a hug. "Kristen come on it's okay, you can tell me anything" I said. She wiped her tears and spoke. "I- I think I might be p-pregnant" she said breaking down again. "Kristen, it's okay" I said to her. "I've been sick like this all week and I'm late, what am I going to do?" She asked stress tracing through her. "Okay, well you are taking a pregnancy test right now and we will go from there." I told her. She nodded and we walked through to the main bathroom where I had a few spare pregnancy tests. I handed Kristen two and left for a minute. "Is she okay?" Scott asked walking over to me. "Yeah, she's great she's just peeing at the minute and then I'm going to show her some new makeup I got sent from a few companies, you should be good to just chill with David" I said, acting coming in pretty handy. Just as scotty walked into the other room, Kristen came out of the bathroom. "Done?" I asked. She nodded nervously. She had both in her hand and we quickly ran back to mine and David's room so we could wait for them to work. Kristen put them face down onto the counter so we couldn't see until the timer went off. I sat on the bed whilst Kristen nervously paced around my room.
As the timer went off Kristen looked at me with complete worry and fear. "It's okay, I'll look and tell you" I said walking towards the tests.

"Shit" Kristen said tears rolling down her cheeks. "What are you so worried about?" I asked her. "I'm scared Scott won't love me because I'm pregnant. What if he doesn't want me anymore" she cried. "Trust me he will love you more. I thought the same thing about David and now he shows how much he loves me even more." I explained. "You sure?" She asked. "Of course, you guys have been together long enough anyways, you love each other, you have a house, you have a stable amount of money, I promise you it's all gonna work out. I gave Kristen tests and she put them into her pocket so no body could see them and we walked through to see the boys. Scotty instantly pulled kristen into a hug which made her sob more. "Kristen what's up?" He asked kissing her head and cuddling her. "I have something to tell you but please don't freak out and please please don't lave me" she began. He nodded clearly preparing himself for the worst. She handed him one of the tests and he looked up, shocked and surprised. "Really?" He asked a smile spreading across his face. "Y-you're happy?" Kristen asked surprised. "Of course i am! We get to have a mini us, Kristen this is the best thing ever!" He said excitedly wrapping her into a hug.
David moved close to me and put his hand on my lower back. "We need to have another baby" I laughed snuggling into him but still looking at Kristen and Scott hugging. I actually think that Scott was the one hugging Kristen and she was just kind of sobbing into his shoulder. I'm not sure if they are scared tears or happy tears.As  they broke away, I passed Kristen a tissue and she wiped the tears from her eyes. "I'm having a baby" she said smiling. "I know, I'm so excited for you" I said to her. "Mason Better be their friend" she laughed. "Of course he will" I said picking up mason and cuddling him.
We spent some time just chilling out and mostly talking about the baby, before it started to get late. I put mason to bed and then joined everyone else eating pizza downstairs.
We played games and had fun all night, when it hit midnight we celebrated as usual.
When it got to around 2 am, we all went to bed. It's been such a good and exciting day.
