"THE POWER OF YOUTH IS SLIPPING THROUGH YOUR VERY FINGERTIPS!!" Gai Sensei yelled, clasping a hand around Kakashi's shoulder and tears threatening to spill from his eyes. "HOW COULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS EVER HAPPEN?!"
Kakashi let out a sigh of frustration, pinching the bridge of his nose to relieve the tension he felt in his head. "Gai. For the thousandth time, if you don't get your hands off of me, I will break every bone in them. Got it?"
Gai quickly withdrew his grasp, his tears fading as happiness started shining through his wide orbs. "THERE IT IS! THE POWER! THE YOUTH! AWE, WE HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR AFTER ALL!"
You couldn't help but laugh as you watched the two competitors. Gai now had his arms wrapped around Kakashi's body as he sobbed into his shoulder, Kakashi glaring at the roof and groaning in aggravation.
"Happy birthday my man." Asuma laughed out, slapping Kakashi lightly on his back.
Kakashi shifted his glare towards you, probably because it was your fault he was in the middle of a Gai - Asuma sandwich.
You looked at him with apologetic eyes, but bit your lip in fear your laughter would escape you again.
It's not your fault Kurenai wanted to sit next to you. And who were you to deny girl power?
"Slap him a bit lower Asu, show him a true happy birthday." Kurenai joked, shooting a wink their way. You could see the blush form in Asuma's cheeks as he glared back at his girl.
"Yeah, Asuma. Why don't you show Kakashi a great time, huh?" You joked as well.
Asuma rolled his eyes, as he pushed Gai's arms off of Kakashi. "Yeah kaka, why don't I show you what real love feels like?"
Asuma grabbed Kakashi's cheeks with his hands and made him look his way. Kakashi's eyes filling with surprise and fear with every move.
"You better not do what I think you're about to do!" Kakashi yelled in his face.
"What?" Asuma asked, playfully dumbfounded. "Oh, you mean this?"
Asuma pulled Kakashi's head towards him and started kissing all over his face.
"MWAH! MWAH! MWAH! MWAH!" Asuma emphasized the kisses, his lips connecting with his forehead and his cheeks and once on the lips, over the mask.
"GAH YOU BAKA STOP IT!!" Kakashi screamed as he struggled to break from Asuma's grasp. For somebody who didn't like it, he sure was laughing a lot.
He wasn't the only one.
You and Kurenai were practically rolling in your seats, laughter overcoming your body and both of you clenching your stomachs in pain from laughing so hard.
"I TOO SHALL JOIN IN ON THE RATHER HOMOSEXUAL BIRTHDAY ACTIVITIES!" Gai yelled, causing you and Kurenai to laugh even harder. Gai stood up and bent over Kakashi's Head, moving his band and kissing his forehead over and over again.
"GAI YOU BETTER STOP THIS! ASUMA! SEE WHAT YOU STARTED!!"
Gai and Asuma started laughing even more, sitting back normally and gathering their composure as Kakashi wiped their leftover "love" off his face.
"You guys are sick!" He screamed.
"Sick in LoVeEeE." Asuma cooed playfully as he brought his hands to his cheeks and let out a joke filled sigh.
You all order your food and eat, then go to the club for a few drinks. Well, they were drinking. You stuck with a water and some alone time at the booth while they danced the night away.
You looked at the clock above the bar, the time hard to read from where you were angled.
You squinted your eyes, the blurriness subsiding as the hands of the clock faded into view.
