Jily
Lily and James' first kiss wasn't until their second date. James had given Lily a kiss on the corner of her lips without her permission. She slapped him, causing James to apologize profusely.
"I am so sorry Lils I have no idea what came over me I apologize-"
She then cut him off and surprised him by giving him a proper kiss and a quick peck on the cheek before running off giggling.
James stood in place frozen for a good half hour.

Sirius and Remus hadn't even begun dating. This is what happened:
Remus: *staring at the castle grounds through the dorm window at one in the morning*
Sirius: *notices, gets up and walks over to him* Moony? Whatcha doing?
Remus: *ignores*
Sirius: *leans closer* Moooonyyyy??
Remus: *still ignores*
Sirius: *practically brushing Remus' head* MOOOONYYY MOOONYYY MOONS MOONS
Remus: *irritatedly turns* Wha-?
They had been standing too close and their lips connected. Both of them froze and blushed.
James and Peter were incredibly confused when the two avoided each other's eyes the next morning.
