James Potter would obviously excel at everything like Sirius, but he'd particularly love Transfiguration. He hates Potions though. It's not that he's not good at it, it's just because it's the one subject Snape can beat him at and he can't show off to Lily.
Sirius Black would excel at everything like James. He probably wouldn't care much for Herbology, due to the fact planting things take patience (let's face it, it does) and that is something he definitely doesn't have. He also loves Transfiguration the most out of all classes.
Remus Lupin would love most subjects, but the three he can't stand are Divination (at first), Potions and Astronomy. Astronomy because right out of the gate they need to study moon phases. Divination because he dreads his friends might see something about his 'condition'. Potions because he's terrible at it.
Peter Pettigrew would be best at Herbology because he isn't the best at wand work, and Herbology, along with Care of Magical Creatures, doesn't require much. He needs most help in Charms.
They all excel at Care of Magical Creatures except for Remus.
