James Potter would never refuse a dare after hearing one. Lily actually dared him to jump into the Black Lake in winter and he kept his word. This resulted in a lot of panicking and a trip to the hospital wing. He was also constantly trying to get Sirius and Renus together and was hit with a pillow for it.
Sirius Black would be exactly like James and was made to kiss Remus on one occasion. He also tried to 'help' James and Lily's relationship before they got together. It wasn't too uncommon to see James or Lily chasing a laughing Sirius across the room with a pillow to hit him with in the middle of the game.
Remus Lupin would be wondering why the heck he had even introduced this game in the first place. He chose dares more than truths and hit Sirius on the head after he called him a 'darewolf'. James had dared him to howl at the crescent moon one year which ended with Remus switching to truth.
Peter Pettigrew mostly picked truth in the beginning but as James' and Sirius' recklessness began rubbing off him he began picking more and more dares. He could, surprisingly, come up with a lot of stupid dares, and Remus would be trying to stop them from wandering into the Forbidden Forest in the middle of the night and putting a saddle on a centaur.
Lily Evans was often dragged into the game by Remus who didn't want to be the only voice of reason or James after they began dating. She'd sometimes help James with Wolfstar dares and would give Sirius the death glare when he suggested a Jily dare. She picked truth more often than the boys but the times she picked dare things could really get out of hand.
