The rest of the week turned out, as excepted, to be very much calmer. After the incident with Jennie Kim, Lisa had proposed Jisoo to live with her until the latter's room was bug-free. The smaller girl was still a little bit mad at her for escaping from the gym but after Lisa told her about the contract she had made with the enemy, she quickly took the opportunity presented to her. After all, no one had ever received that kind of treatment from Jennie, and the thought of finally being completely free of her tyranny made her forget all the grudges she held against her.

As for Lisa, she was very pleased with how the situation turned out. Jennie and her never talked nor interacted after that and, even though she found herself kind of missing her arrogant and ruthless attitude, she couldn't be more content about it. For example, it was Friday when Jisoo and her had decided to go to a party organized by Joy in her huge house. Jisoo had just got back to her room and they wanted to celebrate. Chaeyoung was still anxious about attending those kind of events and refused to come, but once the two got there, no one, whether that be Jennie or someone else, prohibited them to enter and have a good time.

There was just this one time where Lisa was in French class and accidentally got caught by the teacher for listening to music in her phone. She hadn't even been hearing when the professor had called her out and the poor lady had to literally scream her name for her to finally take the headphones out of her ears and falsely apologize. In that moment, she had felt and then seen Jennie's piercing glare on her. The girl mustn't have appreciated the class to be interrupted for more than five minutes.

But again, apart form that, nothing had happened between them. And Lisa had made sure it stayed that way when she made a huge effort refusing to enter the school's dance team. Taehyung had indeed proposed to present her to Kai and Jimin, who had been in it for the last two years, but Lisa knew that that would immediately break the deal, and it took her five years of her lifespan to shake her head and kindly decline the offer. It was weird for her to do so, because she would have normally went for it, despite the danger. But somehow, her instinct had told her that it would be maybe better to follow Jennie's terms. For now at least.

Classes were okay, Lisa still found French way too easy, and Photography too theoretical, but Philosophy easily compensated for the three of them. She always had loved that subject back home; her instructors only taught her two hours a week, but her curiosity had pushed her to dig further into it, and she never regretted it. Philosophy played a big part in who she had become, it taught her things no one could and helped her develop her skills when it came to understanding others. It might seem paradoxical, but, just like in Philosophy you have to learn the fact that there might not be only one way to think or live to achieve happiness, Lisa was very well aware that her way of living wasn't better than any other. It was the best for her, that she was sure of. And that was why she hardly held personal grudges against people. Everyone had lived and confronted situations that made them the way they were, that made them think or act the way they did. No matter how many times they changed, no one could bring everybody to their side. In the end, the answer we would find to life, if we did find one, would only suit us and us only. And that was the beauty of Philosophy. Proposing different views and theories to answer the questions we would ask ourselves in order to live a life of wisdom and happiness. A never ending research in order to reach a goal that was so vague and complex that no one knew if it had already been or would ever be attained.

But again, that was just how Lisa saw it.

And it was during that class that she met a girl named Mina, who had a very different approach on the subject. The girl was more into Philosophy for its historical aspect. Studying different authors and their point of view without taking sides with anybody was to her way more interesting, while Lisa was more fond of how to include some teaching of them in her practical life. Still, both found a common ground when it came to the fact that the world needed Philosophy, and Philosophy needed to progress. Not every thought and theory had been found and there was still much to discover and invent.
