     Yoongi stood up from where he was crouching on the ground, his heart felt like it was going to beat right out of his throat and his face felt like it was on fire. The staff kept bringing him water and fanning him, doing all they could to calm him down before his solo but he just couldn't seem to get enough. He loved tours so much and he wouldn't trade seeing his beloved army and to sing with the six boys who he knows as family for the world. He has come a long was since his teens but social anxiety always followed him around, like a shadow waiting to spring. It would sometimes never come, but when it did, it felt like a warrior threw a spear into his heart and it was impossible to pull out, making him weaker and more afraid by the second.

     He heard an upbeat song playing in his head. Lyrics flowed out like honey and he felt euphoric in a way. This music wasn't coming from stage, it was coming from inside of his heart. He felt his heartbeat slow and just the thought of his bandmates hopeful voice made his breath steady just a little. He still felt terrified, his shoulders heaved and he felt like he was going to pass out. His eyes rolled back and just before he felt like he was done for, limber arms embraced his small frame from the back.

     "Don't rile yourself up like this, hyung"  a soft voice said behind him. His voice sounded so sincere and caring that Yoongi felt like he could just melt into his arms. He turned around and faced Hoseok.

     "Where were you, Seok ah? I felt like dying" he ended the sentence with a breathy laugh, he was trying to hide that fact that he was scared so Hoseok wouldn't waste time worrying about him.

     "Don't think I'm not gonna think about you, I'll always care for you because I love you so much and seeing you hurt makes me hurt because I would give the world to see you smile" he said those words in a way that made Yoongi completely forget why he was ever afraid. He never would've imagined that there was only one person in the whole world who could bring him back down to earth when he felt like he just wanted to fly away. Jung Hoseok was truly his guardian angel. 

     "I'll make sure to smile for you, until we grow old and have nothing left to do but to scorn the youth, I'll smile for you, Hoseok" he burried his face into Hoseoks chest. The two have never felt more inlove, more close, more safe.

     Hoseok let go to look at Yoongi in the eyes, he brushed his hot cheeks with his cool fingers,

     "Really though, are you okay?" he asked.

     "Stay by me, and I'lll never be afraid" the older said gently.

     "Ah, you're drunk" Hoseok and Yoongi laughed loudly, sharing bright smiles.

     "You're gonna be amazing, just like always, the fans will cheer you on no matter what, remember how much army loves you, how much we love you, it may not mean much but remember how much I love you" He reassured the older until he felt all of his anxiety wash away.

     "Breathe, pa pa pa" Hoseok booped his nose and hugged him one last time  before the staff told him to get ready

     "You got this!" Hoseok cheered, along with the other members who were previously resting

     Yoongi went up to the stage feeling on top of the world. He was so happy to have such supportive friends, the boys weren't just like a family to him, they were his family. He would never forget about the love of his precious army and the love of his family and the love of Jung Hoseok. Yoongi always smiles so brightly, he feels on top of the world.
