Chapter XIV

Y/N's Pov

I'm still not over what I saw happen to Becca, if I didn't go in that pod maybe I had a chance to save her, all she wanted was to make the life better, she didn't deserve to die like this.

Lexa asked me to practice with her at the training ground, so I'm currently walking towards there, I can see it just a bit further.

I walked up the steps seeing Lexa standing by the weapon table so I walked over to her, she heard my foot steps and turned her head toward me "I'm glad you came" she said looking at me, I just nodded in her way.

"Pick your weapon and wear an armor" Lexa said turning around to wear her armor, I picked one of the sticks that were on table and grabbed my armor to wear it, I tried to wear it but I couldn't figure it out how, Lexa noticed me struggling and grabbed the armor from my hand.

She stood in front of me and placed the armor on my shoulder, she grabbed the belt and wrapped it around my chest, her face was so close to me.

I just stared at her while she was looking down and wrapping the belt, I was lost in my thoughts and was admiring her beauty, she looked up and stared in to my eyes, "are you ready Y/N" she suddenly spoke "what?" I said not paying attention to what she said in the first time "are you ready, did you pick your weapon?" She said turning around and grabbing a stick same as me from the table "I did" I said grabbing my stick from the table and rolled it in my hand.

"I see you can handle yourself" she said and walked to the center, I followed and stood in front of her, "ready?" She asked and I nodded, we got into fighting position.

We started walking in circles and watch each other's movement, I rolled my stick in my hand and switched it in my hands from behind, she was watching my movement and wad amazed by my ability.
