Masks
People today
Hide behind masks
They shake and shake,
They never last.
Too unhappy with life,
Afraid to ask a question.
Too shaken by fear,
Too shaken by rejection.
The mask smiles,

The mask lies
As they drown.
They say they care,
They really don't.
They say they'll be there
They really won't.
So rid yourself of greed,
Take my hand,
And take them off
In the count of three.
