Vines
When you close your eyes
They feel like
Vines,
Wrapping slowly up your legs.
It feels soft,
Slow,
Sweet.
Harmless.
But your eyes open
They sneak a little
Peek,
Your mouth opens
Wide,
But darling you can't
Scream.
It looks like a
Demonic mist,
Convulsing,
Shuddering,
Shocking.
It feels like rope,
Burning you as it tightens,
Piercing your skin as it
Wraps its way up your
Body,
Stealing you,
Killing you,
Maybe even playing a little
Game.
When you close your eyes
They feel like vines,
Wrapping around your outsides
Before it goes
In.
