“Joey? What’s wrong?” Bettina asked me with her worried voice.
“Uh... wala lang---”
“You can’t lie to me. You know you’re not a good liar.” She said. “It’s about the wedding booth ano?”
I was caught off guard.
She knows me better than I do.
“Well... Uh...---”
“You like Fourth right?” She asked. I nodded. “But it’s Zach---”
“Huh?!” I was stunned. How come napasok sa usapan si Zach?---
“It’s Zach you’re thinking.” She smiled. “You’re just too overwhelm with the fact na you’re now friends with Fourth.”
“But you just like him... That’s all.”
“I like Fourth, alam mo yan. Since first year yata tayo – si Fourth na yung nagustuhan ko---”
“But, it’s not Fourth that you’re thinking.”
“It’s him.” Then she glanced to my back – asking me to look...

“Ano? Don’t tell me hindi ka pa maka-get over sa nangyari?” Zach asked me for the nth time.
Seriously? Whats wrong with this guy? After the fake marriage wala naman akong sinabing anything about Fourth, and I’m 101% sure about that. But, ‘tong si Zach, kanina pa ko sinasabihan ng ganyan.
“Tara mag fish ball muna tayo.” I said.
“Fine, your treat. Tutal you won the lottery today.” He teased.

Well, nakagawian na namin ni Zach na magsabay umuwi. Since magkatapat lang naman yung village namin. Minsan pinapapunta ako ng Mom niya sa bahay nila for dinner – so parang usual thing na rin.
“Manong quail egg nga.” I said. “Ikaw? Ano gusto mo?” I asked Zach.
“Anything.” He plainly said.
“Oh manong, bigyan niyo nga ‘to ng sauce---”
“Joey?!” He glared. “Sige manong, quail egg na lang din.”
Arte naman kasi.
Habang kumakain, tahimik lang kami.
Wow. This is new, most of the time kasi hindi lalagpas ng 1 minute na wala kaming pinaguusapan – Well most of the time naman kasi inaasar ko sya.
“Oh? Tahimik ka yata ngayon? Bakit? Hindi ka na-wedding booth kay Katie no?” I teased.
“Tss. That wedding booth is too childish for me.” He said.
