i. welcome to boston

Emely is sitting in her first class seat on the train when she sees the outskirts of Boston from her window.
She admires the views as she dials Charlie's number.

"What up?" Charlie asks.

"I'm just outside of Boston so come get me," she imforms him.

"It might take me a minute because of traffic. You should've called me when you entered Mass," he replies.

"Bro, there wasn't a sign that said 'entering Mass' or something. It's my first time in this state okay," she sighs, rolling her eyes.

"Alright fine. I'm on my way," he sighs.

"You're the best best friend ever, boo," she teases in a high-pitched voice.

"Yeah whatever. See you later punk," he grumbles before hanging up.

The train arrives at South Station five minutes later. She grabs her things and exits the train. She makes her way upstairs to the terminal and sits down on a bench. She takes her phone out and scrolls through her social media. She takes a pic of the terminal and posts it on her Snap and IG stories.

After ten minutes of waiting, her phone rings.

"Hi whore," she answers.

"Hi punk. I'm outside," Charlie replies.

"Aight b, I'll be there in a sec," she replies, before hanging up.

She exits the terminal and goes outside with her luggage. She sees Charlie's car and practically runs to it. Charlie comes out of the driver's side and pulls her into a hug.

"Hi baby," she squeals, as he lifts her off the ground.

"How was the ride?" he asks, as he takes her luggage and puts it in his trunk.

"Long, but I am glad my zaddy helped pay for my 1st class tickets," she teases, getting into the passenger seat.

"Who the fuck is that?" he asks, getting into the driver's sear.

"You are, silly," she giggles, causing him to groan

"Get the fuck out, Em! I'm not your zaddy," he shakes his head in disgust.

"Whatever bitch, hand me the aux," she rolls her eyes.

"Here punk," he huffs, handing her the aux as he puts the car into drive.

She plugs her phone to the aux and the song Leave Me Alone by Flipp Dinero comes on. She turns the volume all the way up.

"Yeah I miss you but I got no time for that!" she screams out.

She grabs her phone and records herself jamming to the song and posts it on her Snap and IG stories with the caption "Finally reunited with this one cmcavoy25". She uses the Boston geotag.

They get on 93 and make their way through the tunnel. After coming out of the tunnel, they arrive at the Bunker Hill Bridge. On the left side of the bridge, she sees the TD Garden, which is home to the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics. She films all of it, posting it on her socials. They get off the first exit after the bridge and after a couple of minutes, they arrive in front of Charlie's apartment building.

They go into the nearby parking garage and they park in his spot. Next to his spot, she sees Kiley's spot is empty, meaning she's still at the BU campus. They get out of the car and Charlie gets her luggage out of the trunk. He locks the car before rolling her suitcase for her. After a couple minutes, they enter the building. They ride up to the top floor and quickly arrive in front of the apartment. He unlocks the apartment and they quickly move inside.
