Friday. This week has been the best one I had in awhile. Everything was how I wanted it to be. Oliver and Jay were the best of friends again.
I'll admit, it can be a bit awkward when I'm alone with one of them. How can you tell if someone still likes you or if they're just being really nice? Guess I'll never know.
It was after school already. I had finished the painting faster then I thought. I decided to stop by 'Underground Sound' so I can put it on the wall.

I pulled the sheet off the painting revealing it to Nathan and my boss Harry.
"Wow you're really talented!" Harry exclaimed.
"Thank you sir," I smiled.
"What are we waiting for? Let's get this hanged up!" Nathan took it from my grasp.
I loved how it looked on the wall.
"So will I see you tonight at the party?" Nathan asked.
"Who's party?"
"Cordell is hosting it. But us Riverdell students are gonna go crash it."
"Sounds tempting."
"You should come. It'll be tons of fun! We have enough silly string for everyone in Riverdell!" he exclaimed.
"I'll see what's up. But I'm gonna get going now. If I am gonna go then I need to finish this one assignment."
"Bye nerd," he winked.
<>
"So you're going?" Oliver asked.
We were doing our last touches on our group project in my apartment.
"I want to go. Can we? How fun would that be?"
"I don't wanna see certain people," he mumbled.
"Well if that's the case, I'll take Jay."
"If that's what you want."
"You're so lame. And I'll call him right now," I excused myself from the table and into the living room.
I dialed Jay's number and waited patiently to hear his voice.
"Hello Ms.Williams," he greeted in the most dorkiest voice.
"Hi there. Mr.Mcguiness," I giggled. "Anyways are you going to the Cordell party tonight?"
"Of course. I go every year! Need a ride?"
"That'd be lovely."
"I'll pick you up in an hour. Make sure to grab a hoodie."
"See you then!"
<>
He was late. Oh Jay. Oliver was still here being annoying as usual.
"Promise me nothing will go crazy while you're at that party. Jay can only do so much. I hope you realize that. You're lucky I was there at The Spot before that guy did something."
"That was you?!"
"Yea..." he confessed.
"I could've handled him. Just saying."
"Nah."
"How'd you know I was there?"
"Jenna tweeted," he explained.
"Well if you're so worried about my safety why don't you come?"
"I just don't want to go!" he snapped.
