I had Lana Del Rey's 'Ride' blasting through the house as I got ready for another day of torture. After putting on my shoes I went to the fridge to find something to eat. Nada.
Looks like I'm going to the store today. I heard my door open and Oliver appeared.
"Come on in!" I yelled sarcastically.
"Your fault for leaving the door unlocked. Lucky it wasn't some creep."
"You are a creep," I winked picking up my bag.
"What's the rush? We have an hour."
"Well then why are you here so early?"
"All I have to do is throw on a shirt and some random jeans. Not that long of a process. You seem cranky today. Is it that time of month?" he smirked.
"Shut up Oliver," I spat making my way to the living room.
He followed and I flopped onto the couch. Since the stereo was blaring in here I thought he'd stop bothering me.
"How was your date love?" he nearly yelled sitting next to me.
"It wasn't a date love," I mimicked his accent.
He got up and lowered my stereo.
"Don't think I heard that," he sat next to me again.
"It wasn't a date," I repeated.
"I don't know why you're lying. You can tell me anything, you know that right?"
"There's nothing to say Oliver."
"Well then we mine as well go to school," he got up. "I thought girls liked to gossip and such."
"Well I'm not like any other girl. Remember?"
I wanted to tell him what happened with Jay, but then that would just lead him to teasing me.

Man I loved the bike. Could I just marry it? Run away with it.
"You can let go now darling," Oliver reminded. Whoops, didn't really notice we stopped.
"Sorry," I took off my helmet and handed it to him.
"Have a good day."
"You too."
God our relationship was weird. One second we're annoying the hell out of each other and then the other we're cool.
I noticed Jay waiting at the top of the steps. Oliver had already taken off.
"Hey Jay!" I gave him a hug. Wait was that too much? Why am I overthinking this? We're just friends! Who kissed...
"Ready to go to class?" Jay asked snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Did the bell ring already?" I pulled away from him.
"Like a second ago." he laughed lightly and we made our way into the school.
Mr.Carini greeted us as usual. Then we sat down in our original spots. Jay seemed more quiet than usual. He always be cracks jokes in this class but now he just did his work as told.
Second period came along. Ana was here!
"Hey Hayley!" she greeted as I sat down.
"Sup Ana. Did you enjoy your day off?"
"It's no fun when you're throwing up your guts," she muttered.
"What'd you do?"
"Tried out this random chinese restaurant. Not my best idea."
